Too bad closed on 3/09. This is probably normal at the end of the summer season, but a message on the phone or even noted closed on the internet would have been nice. Part postponed.

On vacation in the region, we remembered this restaurant which served us very good pizzas and generous dishes about ten years ago, we renewed our experience and we found the same cuisine and always a very warm welcome , it is better to book.

A big thank you for this warm welcome, a panoramic view to match and of course the main thing: highly delicious pizzas!! Be careful to book in advance 😉. The Valenciennes trio ☺️

An explosion of flavors. I'm exaggerating a little but it was gigantic good, the pizzas are generous and very good. The chef's surprise is the tiramisu for dessert which is amazing. I highly recommend

As soon as we come to Sisteron, we go to eat at Villa d'Este. Good value for money, the plates are generous and the pizzas excellent (special mention to the wicked one). The setting is beautiful with a beautiful view of the Sisteron Rock. The waitress is adorable. The final bill is more than reasonable considering the quality and quantity. Go there without hesitation!

Cela fait plusieurs années que l’on mange au moins une fois par an dans ce restaurant et rien ne change. Accueil agréable au téléphone comme sur place. Service excellent et avec des sourires. De beaux choix et tout est bon et les prix tout à fait raisonnable. C’était un mercredi midi, pas vraiment en pleine saison mais le restaurant était tout de même complet. C’est toujours mieux de réserver car même si le restaurant n’est pas vraiment sur un lieu de passage la renommée compense largement. On y retournera à l’occasion sans aucun problème. On a bien aimé les frites pommes de terre soufflées, légères et croustillantes.

Our hotel recommended Villa d'Este Restaurant which was very busy when we arrived. We ordered Pizza Aubergine, Pizza Reine and Spaghetti Fruits de Mer. Pizzas are very large, we could have split a Reine Pizza between 2 people and still had enough. We shared some Profiteroles for dessert with the remainder of the bottle of Maplier Blanc 75cl. Service was fast and efficient in comfortable surroundings.

Le Bistrot de la Mairie

05/09/2024: Thank you for the great evening: the pizza was very tasty, good wine and coffee and an excellent nightcap. The service was always very nice. Prices are ok.
28/08/2024: We came this same evening (08/28/24) without reservation, the waitress (very friendly) welcomed us with a smile, we ordered the pizzas, pleasant and quality service and the pizzas are succulent and plentiful! Many thanks! We will come back! Hautes Alpes Canyoning!
