Villa Héloïse sur Sommieres

Nous avons très très bien mangé dans ce restaurant . La carte est restreinte mais cela révèle que tous les mets préparés sont parfaitement réalisés . Ils sont très bien présentés , et sont cuisinés avec des produits frais ! Tout est Maison !! On reviendra c’est sur ! Et on vous conseille d’aller tenter l’expérience ! Ça vaut le coup !!!

A little unplanned stop at the Villa Héloïse. A nice surprise. The team found a little place out of the way for our little baby and us. We enjoyed some delicious home-cooked meals. We highly recommend.

Excellent generous dishes from starter to dessert with local products

Lunch this afternoon in this nice restaurant that I did not know and what was not my very pleasant surprise. Very warm welcome and meals in the shade in a very relaxing place. Formula of the day which impresses with the quality of the dishes offered given the very reasonable budget of the menu. I enjoyed it from start to finish. I don't often pass through Sommiere, I think it will now be interesting to take a little detour there.

La Villa Héloïse is a restaurant that is both elegant and relaxed, a true third place offering authenticity and generosity both in the welcome of its customers and in the dishes. The menu offers a variety of creative dishes that highlight the potential of each of the seasonal products chosen. The beef tartare is seasoned with precision, literally melting in the mouth, and accompanied by a salad, also carefully prepared, all finely cut. This is the very first beef tartare that I have tasted and I am now reluctant to try one elsewhere as it will be difficult to do better. The little mousses which very regularly accompany the plates are always worked and reflect the attention given to each of the dishes on the menu. For the end of the meal, I thought I had chosen a very classic pecan and caramel shortbread, but this one was in reality a real substantial and delicious dessert; once again, like each of the dishes: careful and perfectly executed. It consisted of a really good shortbread, topped with excellent caramel, a very generous portion of whole pecans, as well as a scoop of ice cream and light whipped cream. Simply the best dessert I have ever eaten in a restaurant. The service is also impeccable, warm, family-friendly, without ever being intrusive. Do not hesitate to ask questions and request recommendations, which will always find informed answers from the team, whether it concerns dishes or wines (local and international vintages). Finally, the very pretty patio, a true shaded green setting, offers an intimate and relaxed atmosphere, conducive to the full appreciation of this gastronomic and human experience. A rare pearl in the local culinary landscape. For a special occasion or simply to treat yourself, La Villa Héloïse ensures you will never be disappointed.

A 5/5 on all points! A small menu but quality products! Prepared dishes, excellent, and very nicely presented! A great setting, with a great terrace shaded by trellises, and an interior room full of charm! We were only passing through, but I'll happily come back if I'm in the area again. So never hesitate to stop by Villa Héloise if you are in Sommiere or in the surrounding area!
