We had lunch at the Villa Mazarin restaurant and it was a wonderful experience. The setting is magnificent, and the food was delicious! A special thank you to Jawad, our waiter, who was very kind and had a great sense of humor!

This magnificent hotel has everything going for it: the rooms are very spacious and clean, the location is ideal, and the grounds are beautiful. However, more attention should be paid to the services: bottled water is charged for, the shower water is lukewarm, the pool is far too cold, the jacuzzi is barely warm, and the sauna is out of order. It's a shame for a hotel with this potential; otherwise, it would be perfect!

This stay was a delight from beginning to end. The warm welcome from Sydney, the splendid setting, and the truly top-of-the-range comfort. The sumptuous relaxation area and the restaurant, a masterpiece. A place to do again and again, without a doubt.

24/02/2026: A lovely restaurant with good food in a lively square. Good service.
30/09/2025: We had mussels and fries and two beers. The service during the meal was very good, however, when it came time to pay, the person behind the cash register didn't even look at us or say a word, which I found unfortunate. In terms of the quality of the dish, we were quite disappointed with the cooking of the mussels. They were rubbery, and I think they had been cooked several times. Be careful.

14/04/2026: We had an excellent stay at this hotel, which is very well located just steps from Place Saint Louis. We visited this very pretty town with its remarkably well-preserved ramparts, and we received a very warm welcome. My rooms at this hotel were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast served each morning was delicious. I highly recommend it. If I return to Aigues-Mortes, I will definitely book again. Vincent
10/04/2026: Charming hotel within the city walls. Comfortable room. Parking outside the walls is provided by the hotel. The only downside is the unreliable Wi-Fi, probably due to the thick walls. Central location. Decent breakfast. The hotel is unsuitable for disabled guests as there is no elevator.
