15/09/2024: Great pizza! “Normal” and gluten free!!!! Both super delicious!!!

13/09/2024: Only one Italian restaurant in Paris: it’s Scuderia del Mulino! You are welcomed by two large GREEN WHITE RED flags. This is Italy, you can feel it and smell it. Home cooking (really!!!), equestrian world decoration. Authentic place despite the fact that we are in a very touristy site. It is all the more courageous since the owners have remained faithful to the exceptional quality of real Italian cuisine. It is traditional Italian cuisine and a real desire on their part to transmit this culinary art. I tasted spaghetti with garlic and peppers to die for. I ate a whole Regina pizza, thin crust like in Roma and Italian products cooked in a wood oven. Unique !!! I tasted languine with scallops, tomato sauce and Italian flavors. The elements chosen are good, assembled with quality products so it is +++ very very good. I'm not much of a dessert person and I still tried their homemade chocolate fondant and it was excellent. Impeccable service. For those who wish, the pizza can be gluten-free. Very fair prices. I adore. I feel like I'm in Italy or dining with my Italian family. I recommend this establishment, located for 30 years next to the Moulin Rouge.
