Villa Médicis sur Beaune

Very spacious. Beautiful view from apartment B107. Great location. Aaaadooorable staff.

Quiet location, suitable for all families. Close to Beaune city center.

Some rooms are rented "hotel-style." Dogs are allowed in the rooms; the charge is €7 per pet per night. Breakfast is €12.50. But dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room. Paradoxical. Especially since they don't warn you. You don't leave a pet alone in a place it doesn't know. A shame.

I stayed one night as a guest with my family on vacation. The apartment was spacious and clean. The only downside was the shower, which doesn't close properly, so it gets a bit too wet.

This is a Residence for independent seniors that reserves apartments for guests passing through, not reported during the booking (more transparency would be needed). The structure is located at the gates of Beaune, well maintained and surrounded by greenery. We booked an apartment with kitchenette for 4 people even though there were actually 3 of us. Not a very pleasant welcome upon our arrival. The Receptionist on duty on 25/06 afternoon, put us in difficulty, speaking very rapid French, even though we had informed her of our difficulty. When we pointed out that they did not understand, she became impatient and quickly accompanied us to the elevator without giving us any instructions for breakfast the next day. The breakfast, paid €12.50, was not worth the price. The rest of the staff was kind. The apartment was clean and equipped with air conditioning and a small kitchenette. Unfortunately some furnishings were missing such as bedside tables near the bed, support points for towels (hangers, towel racks?). The bathroom amenities are for two people. The hair dryer is a toy.
