The service is very fast, the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. They offer a complimentary taste of local produce. The dishes are slightly too salty. I recommend it!

There were seven of us at the one-Michelin-starred restaurant. The service was impeccable; the servers knew their products inside and out and took us on a culinary journey. One minor point about the dessert: several of us noted that the shortbread should have been eaten after the vanilla mandarin, and we hadn't been given any indication of the order. The view of the Douze River is fantastic, and the restaurant's facade is spotlessly clean. We'll be back as often as possible and hope to try the bistro-style restaurant. The "Voyageur" ​​cocktail with Pims lacked complexity. This is a restaurant with excellent value for money, where the pursuit of simplicity is paramount.

15/02/2026: A delightful discovery on a Sunday lunchtime while driving between Bordeaux and a ski trip. Very good, efficient service. Fresh ingredients. The duck was delicious and the vegetable stir-fry was to die for!
02/01/2026: A very warm welcome and a beautifully decorated restaurant. The fish velouté and the brandade were truly delicious. The lychee and pineapple crumble was a delightful surprise: the two fruits complemented each other perfectly. I highly recommend it!

24/02/2026: It was pure chance that led us to discover this restaurant in Mont-de-Marsan. The sun was finally shining for lunch on the terrace, and this place offered us two beautiful sunny spots facing the Mont-de-Marsan Theatre. In addition to a warm welcome, we enjoyed a delicious meal with very friendly and elegant service! A lovely place where the daily special more than won us over… especially the dessert! A super generous and delicious cheesecake. In short, we'll gladly return because a great time in a beautiful location with a lovely table, charming staff, and a reasonable price is a rare find!
