We've known the restaurant and Chef Hervé since it opened (18 years already!).
Certainly one of the best restaurants in the Val d'Oise. High-quality cuisine, exceptional service, superb wines, and a very friendly atmosphere—all the ingredients for a wonderful evening!
A must-try! We highly recommend it!

Always a pleasant and warm welcome. The food is of high quality. Service was a bit slow for Valentine's Day (4 hours). The wine by the glass was very good, but the bottle wasn't presented and it wasn't the wine I expected.

Gourmet, refined, bursting with flavor, and the chef even comes to the dining room: it's fantastic. The only drawbacks: their website doesn't mention that only the tasting menu is served in the evening, and we had to request a wine cooler for the bottle of white wine, which isn't automatically provided. Just these two small points to improve to reach the pinnacle, in our opinion.

We had a wonderful culinary experience. The food was refined and expertly prepared.
The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They made us feel at ease very quickly. My 13-month-old son was even given a tour of the kitchen so we could enjoy our meal (thank you to the Chef!). It was my first time at this restaurant, and I definitely plan to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. From the amuse-bouches to the petit fours, the dishes were excellent and sophisticated, with flavors that were sometimes surprising and always delicious, and the fish was cooked to perfection.
The service was attentive and pleasant.
This is my fourth time dining at Vin sur Vin, and I hope it won't be the last.
