We stumbled upon this bistro by chance on our way back from the Bordeaux Christmas market. We had a wonderful time; the welcome was warm, the dishes were excellent and made with quality ingredients, and on top of that, the price was more than reasonable! The staff are always very friendly. The dining room is small but well laid out. It's generally not very noisy. I've tried several dishes since I started coming here. The only one that slightly disappointed me was the caramel pork daily special. But the tapas and the burger are very good. The fries are also excellent, and I think it's the first time I've had enough homemade sauce for all my fries. The burger has a great sauce with a patty and various vegetables.

From the first time I set foot in this restaurant, it became one of my favorite places. The quality of the food is consistently excellent: varied, well-balanced dishes that change regularly and are always prepared with care. You can truly taste the passion behind every plate; nothing is left to chance. Every time I visit, I feel right at home. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the service is always impeccable. It's the kind of place where you feel comfortable, eat incredibly well, and want to return again and again. Honestly, it's become a sure thing for me. I recommend it without hesitation.

A wonderful impromptu evening at Bibstrot! We thoroughly enjoyed the tapas-style dinner and the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We had a great laugh thanks to the games provided and Julien's creative approach, which allowed us to spontaneously sing and dance!

Excellent meal, hearty...the food is as fresh and generous as the charming gentleman serving (the owner, I think?). In any case, well done, it's so nice to find a place like this...we'll be back (even if we don't live nearby).
