Volubilis sur Arles

I’ve been to Morocco, this place can hang with any meal I’ve had there. If you need a hearty meal and a break from French cuisine this is the place to be.

My first time trying Moroccan food (forgot to take picture but I love both the lamb tagine and soup) and it’s absolutely delicious here. The lady (the cook) is very kind and told me that the building is 1935 years old 😮😮 the kitchen is Roman structure. It feels special especially you can enjoy the food outside and look at the Roman architecture at the same time!

The food is as beautiful as it is delicious ❤️ Very colorful and fragrant. A very warm welcome. We ate outside on the terrace (in the shade 😅) in peace and quiet despite the proximity to the bullring 😊 A place not to be missed, even in 34-degree heat!

A good vegetarian tagine and a mixed platter as an appetizer. Good value.

Excellent place if you want to eat Moroccan food in Arles. The food is delicious, the service is warm and impeccable. I highly recommend it!

Best couscous of my life. I've been there years ago, and I still think about it. Considering to come back to Arles just for that.

A pure moment of delight, from the lamb and prune tagine to the orange blossom crème brûlée. The fruity Boualouane rosé wine, served chilled, was a real treat.

A little undecided about where to have dinner, we called quite late (around 9 pm) to see if it was still possible to come. We were welcomed, and they even saved us a table on the terrace: fantastic! The dishes were generous and delicious: the lemon chicken tagine, vegetarian couscous, and orange blossom crème brûlée were exquisite, with real attention to detail. In addition to being excellent, everything was beautifully presented, and the service was exceptional 😁 Thank you again!
