Waffle Factory sur Tours

The waffles were gorgeous! We ordered it on the screen at the front of the shop. A bit confusing for me, but it would be no problem for the youngsters! 🤣 The reason I have it 3 stars overall, is because there was no real attention given by the staff, and the floors where you sit & eat are absolutely filthy. BUT, as I said the food was yummy.

Excellent experience. Fast and efficient service, with a really friendly and responsive team, even when it's busy. The waffles are delicious.

The young man at reception was very kind, helpful, and caring towards the customers! It was a pleasure :)

The sweet and savory waffles were good, but the waiter's lack of friendliness was appalling. He barely even said hello, showing absolutely no customer service skills, which was a real shame.

The food is okay, a bit pricey for what it is, but still good even with a wide selection. The problem is that half the self-service kiosks aren't working, and on the ones that do, it's impossible to print a receipt, and on one, you can't pay by card. Fortunately, the staff are responsive and answer requests for receipts. The wait isn't long either.
