A fantastic barista training program! I spent four wonderful days at Polygone Formation. The content was packed with information and provided all the keys to success! A huge thank you to Brice and Mathias for sharing their knowledge with kindness and good humor.

I was fortunate enough to take this course through the CPF (Personal Training Account), and what a wonderful discovery it was! Brice Robin and his entire team are truly passionate. You can immediately feel their desire to share their expertise and love of coffee. The course is extremely comprehensive, engaging, and packed with practical information that goes far beyond simply learning about coffee. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed, and full of good humor. The whole team is incredibly welcoming, supportive, available, and attentive. You learn a tremendous amount without ever getting bored. The discussions are enriching, the explanations are clear, and everyone takes the time to answer questions. The center is perfectly organized, the facilities are spotless, there's excellent equipment, numerous machines, and everything is designed to allow you to practice in the best possible conditions. Everything runs smoothly and is very professional. It's the kind of course where you leave with real skills, but also with incredible motivation. You see people who are deeply aligned with their profession and passionate about what they do, and that's incredibly inspiring. I recommend this training 200%. A very high-quality and comprehensive barista training program. The instructors are themselves baristas and among the best in the business. As a result, beginners leave with a level of expertise that is above average. I highly recommend it!

Excellent training materials, a great balance of theory and practice, and a fantastic atmosphere. I was able to pass the SCA exam, but I left with far more knowledge and skills than the certification required.

I took a Barista First Steps course at the end of March and I have absolutely no complaints about the training or the welcome I received; it was truly fantastic! Hello everyone!! My boyfriend and I took the Barista Expert training in March 2026! Honestly, the training was absolutely top-notch! ☕🔥 Five intense and truly interesting days! We had a fantastic time from beginning to end. Matthias is an excellent instructor: incredibly patient, passionate, and always attentive. He managed to impart so much knowledge while maintaining a relaxed and fun atmosphere! A huge thank you also to Brice, Sébastien, and Thibault, who were amazing throughout the training. We felt truly supported, encouraged, and comfortable learning! We learned a lot, practiced, laughed… in short, everything you need to progress in a great atmosphere! Now all that's left is to put what we learned into practice! We 100% recommend this training 🙌 It's so beneficial!
