A wonderful discovery in Béziers. The dishes were perfectly prepared; the sweetbreads and rabbit, which are hard to find in restaurants, were delicious. There was a lovely emphasis on vegetables, expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The cheese platter was also a delightful journey through the regions of France. The small Corsican cheese was excellent. Thank you for this wonderful evening. The chef's visit at the end of the meal is always a welcome touch.

An exceptional lunch – everything was perfect: the flavors, the harmonious pairing of dishes, the artful preparation of the vegetables – a remarkable achievement by Patrick Olry and his team. For me, it's the best restaurant in Béziers and richly deserves a Michelin star. The Michelin inspectors are far too harsh! Gentlemen, stop acting like you're gods of ratings and listen to the food lovers. Bravo, Chef, for your dedication and for giving us so much pleasure. Best of luck and continued success!

We had a lovely time at this establishment. The staff were friendly. The food was good, with generous portions at a very reasonable price for weekday lunches.
To enhance the overall experience and better reflect the establishment's high standards, particular attention could be paid to the professional attire of the sommelier service.

The meal was of incredible quality and generosity. Everything was perfect. My partner and I dined there and enjoyed a truly special meal, a delightful interplay of flavors and a truly professional experience. We had a wonderful time. Congratulations to the entire team for their hard work and for allowing us to have such a fantastic culinary experience. One of the finest restaurants in Béziers. We look forward to returning.

We were there for lunch today, it was my husband's birthday. The food was excellent, as always! The service was attentive and very friendly. We love this restaurant, eat there every holiday (3-4 times a year) and have never been disappointed.
