The cuisine was excellent, very refined and high-quality. We opted for the Lobster menu and were not disappointed; everything was beautifully prepared and delicious—the plates spoke for themselves! The desserts were also excellent. We had a wonderful time. The only downside was the decor, which was a bit dated and could use a refresh.

I had a really lovely time at L’Ambassade. I particularly enjoyed the butternut squash and hazelnut velouté, served as an amuse-bouche: delicious! The sea bass supreme was also very good, and the dessert was perfect for the girls. However, I was a little disappointed by the starter, which was advertised as grilled squid with garden cherry tomatoes, Niçoise style. Instead of grilled squid, I found it was presented more like squid in broth and served cold. There was only one cherry tomato, accompanied mainly by sliced ​​carrots and zucchini. I found this a bit disappointing considering the description and what I had imagined. As for the service, it was pleasant overall, but I felt it sometimes lacked a bit of attention, especially with the drinks. Here's my brief feedback, with a very good overall impression and a lovely time spent at the Embassy.

As always when we visit the region, L'Ambassade is a must-visit. And once again, we were delighted by both the cuisine and the warm welcome and service. A truly special moment.

I've known L'Ambassade for 35 years and I've never been disappointed. I admire their performance; staying at the top all these years is extremely difficult, but L'Ambassade and its chef manage it perfectly. It's simply perfect. Tonight I wanted to write my review of this restaurant that my wife and I love. Unfortunately, several disappointing things happened. First, as usual, we parked in the Polygone parking lot and had to walk to the restaurant, but we're used to it. The appetizers and main courses were excellent, but unfortunately, the rest of the meal didn't live up to expectations. Under the pretext that they were busy with lunch service, they ran out of bread and served us inedible, defrosted bread. They apologized, but still, at the price of the set menu, cheese plates without bread are unacceptable. Honestly, if your lunch service was this good, you would have had all afternoon to restock. There was no toilet paper in the restrooms. Around 10:30 p.m., the head waiter changed and left the restaurant with several tables still there, including ours, even though dessert had barely been served, claiming that his shift was over. Finally, desserts were served, and honestly, they were completely disappointing. For a set menu costing €€€, imagine having to park and walk so far, receiving frozen bread that ran out completely when the cheese course arrived, a waiter leaving his shift in front of everyone, and such bland desserts, all without any attempt at compensation. We were so disappointed because we're usually big fans of this establishment.
