Since the renovation the restaurant is really better, the dishes are very good and plentiful, there are even very good bubble teas. The service is really very pleasant, I highly recommend

Since the renovation of the restaurant, the room decoration has become more charming and bright, full of “smiles”! The cuisine is different compared to the old menu, specializing in family Japanese & Chinese cuisine with a personal touch, Ramen 🍜, noodle soup, Donburi (どんぶり with beef/chicken). Above all, the food is fresh and delicious.😋 There is also a “side menu” to accompany the alcohols ~ For a surprise, they offer many flavors of bubble tea, % sugar to choose according to your taste. After all, the welcome is very pleasant and warm ))

Ramen, vog, bowl, everything is great. The staff is polite, kind, smiling. All dishes were served quickly. The facility is clean and atmospheric.

07/09/2024: The setting is very pretty, good service but I was disappointed with the sushi portions which have decreased compared to 2 years ago. The California rolls are the size of a maki... Fortunately, a delicious chocolate dessert.

Sushi Time

14/09/2024: Great discovery for this little restaurant in Cannes, I had a beef bimbimbap in the hot stone bowl. The boss showed me how to eat it so it wouldn't stick because it continues to cook with the stone. Everything is fresh and clean and the kitchen is open. I don't think there was much beef. We discussed Seoul because we are going there soon. The boss was quite pleasant. The correct addition. There are also Korean products on sale but I found them to be a bit expensive. I had a nice time.
10/09/2024: Authentic cuisine like in Seoul, nothing to complain about either in terms of service or cuisine. The owner is still faithful to her authentic cuisine since the time when she ran the Sushi Time restaurant. A great experience to repeat!!!
