Exceptional!
Certainly among the best pastry shops in France.
An enormous selection. Impeccable quality; it's art in every bite.
Everything is refined, meticulously crafted, with incredible combinations of ingredients and dreamy classics.
If you visit Aix-en-Provence, don't miss this divine place.
Even though they're all perfect, my favorite is their signature pastry: the Aixois (Calisson d'Aix mousse, peach cream, roasted apricots, macaron biscuit, ivory glaze).
A must-try.

Contrary to what I've read in other reviews, I received a very warm welcome from a young man who gave me excellent information. The cake was delicious and not too sweet. A very pleasant experience.

While passing through Aix-en-Provence, we stopped for lunch at the WEIBEL pastry shop. A very enjoyable and delicious experience. They also have a lovely tea menu.

Maison Weibel is a story of expertise passed down from generation to generation since 1954.
In the tea room or at your events, enjoy their pastries and calissons, as well as their artisanal ice creams and chocolates.
Thanks to his recipes and quality products, he enjoyed great success in the city for many years. His son Nicolas succeeded him in 1988 after being promoted to master artisan chocolatier, ice cream maker, pastry chef, and confectioner.
Maison Weibel is located near the Pasteur Residence.

A must-visit in Aix if you're looking for sweet treats. The canelés are delicious, and the cakes have long been renowned for their exceptional taste! A tea or coffee break, accompanied by a sweet treat, is a must for me whenever I'm in Aix! I highly recommend this place.

I tried some small almond paste cakes shaped like crescent moons and covered with pine nuts... Absolutely delicious! I don't live in Aix, otherwise I would have become addicted!! The rest looks tempting too.
