The restaurant met our expectations. The food was excellent and 100% halal. The service was quick, and thank you to the waitress who was very kind and respectful. It's a shame the phone line wasn't working; we couldn't make a reservation before arriving.

Eating at Why Not was a fantastic experience! 4 of us ate outside and tried burgers and fries, entrecote, and much more. Everything was excellent! The welcome was superb, with fast and attentive service. If you're on vacation and passing through Le Havre, you can't miss Why Not. Excellent location near the Narrow House with free parking right in front. Recommended by Italians!

I highly recommend this restaurant! The welcome was very warm, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very clean, the food is excellent, and the value for money is truly outstanding. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return.

First visit to Le Havre, we ate so well! The waitress was incredibly friendly and lovely, the burgers were great, the appetizers were delicious, in short, we highly recommend it!!! (We especially loved the vol-au-vent appetizers ❤️)

22/09/2026: I get a little nostalgic when I come here, because it reminds me of Paris where I loved this warm atmosphere! A bistro from another era where the decor and flavors blend together. Homemade cuisine with consistently delicious and surprising offerings. A real treat! 😀 The staff is charming!

The service is superb, the servers are very welcoming, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. It truly captures the spirit of a traditional French bistro, in the best sense of the word: friendly, simple, and pleasant. I recommend booking in advance: on Saturday evening, around 8 pm, the restaurant was full.
