Alsatian cuisine at its finest!
Great location!
Prices are a bit high, but that's probably the case all over Colmar.
Service definitely has room for improvement – you have to actively wave to the waiters for every (re)order, even when empty glasses are being cleared away.

Very well located in the old part of Colmar. Very cozy little terrace with plenty of space between the tables. Very friendly and helpful staff all around. Very tasty food, nice selection. Highly recommended!

We were still enjoying our wine, the most expensive bottle on the menu, when we received the bill without even asking. We found this odd. We couldn't even enjoy a coffee! What a shame...

Great restaurant! Everything was wonderful.
Tried the onion pie, Munster cheese, pork knuckle and skirt steak. The apps were perfect, we wish the entrees had more seasoning but that may be personal preference, they were cooked well.

Recommended in Michelin as authentic and it certainly is a real Winstub. We enjoyed the salads and the choucroute and Jarret de porc. Lovely aperitif and wine too. Perfect despite the ‘chaleur’ outside. Great price. Booking is a good idea.

Alsace Riesling and amazing food - what more can one wish for on a hot summer day?😍 Lovely restaurant by the canal, friendly, helpful staff and delicious food! Pork knuckle is the star of the show, and the fois gras was delicious and presented very well, paired with perfectly toasted bread🤩

In our opinion, this is the best restaurant in Colmar for snails (and we've tried a lot!). The sauerkraut is also very good. The location is excellent and the welcome is warm. We'll be back (and hope to run into Chantal this time!).

Beautifully situated in the heart of Colmar's "Petite Venice." The food was good and the service friendly. Anyone who enjoys typical Alsatian cuisine will be very happy here.
