Wide selection of restaurants, very pleasant service, narrow access to the restaurant, elevator signage should be improved.

The room with a view of the garbage bins, which they call a garden view, had a bathtub full of hair. We were moved to a different room with elevators right next door, which we could hear most of the night. In short, not a pleasant stay in that respect. Otherwise, the bar staff and breakfast were very pleasant.

Hotel was Amazing, clean and the staff where extremely helpful.

Hello, we stayed from December 9th to 10th, 2025. We were on the 3rd floor. There was a little noise from the parking lot in the morning, but it wasn't very noticeable. We were able to use the pool during the day and the towels provided for guests. However, the water temperature was set to 28°C but felt more like 25°C, and the jacuzzi was set to 34°C, but we didn't notice the difference. Regarding the room, we were in a 4-star hotel, but these stars are awarded by Disney establishments, so it wasn't a true 4-star hotel. There were no slippers, and the coffee machine didn't work; it turned out to be a problem with the outlet. We weren't given the Wi-Fi code. When we unwrapped the sheets after returning from the evening show, we found weights and hair in the sheets, and one corner of the sheet was stained black. As for toilet paper, they left us the roll from the previous guests—great! We were really disappointed with the services, even though the reception and concierge service were good. However, Mickey was at reception for quite a while posing for photos. It was a surprise for my partner, but unfortunately, it didn't have the wow factor! Considering the price, it's a real shame; we won't be back. The €45 all-you-can-eat buffet was good, but still too expensive.

Great hotel! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency in the middle of the night. The reception cast member took immediate action, and thank you to all the fire department cast members and other staff for their help and reassurance. Delicious breakfast and clean rooms. I'll be back soon :)

What's not to love about staying on Disney Property? It's amazing and whichever on site hotel you choose you're winning. This is our third trip to DLP in 3yrs, sadly it seems the famous Disney Hospitality is also part of Disney cut backs. Don't get me wrong it's not bad it's just not "Magical" not moment creating Disney magic we have gotten used to over the years. (For context we have been to 4 Disney Parks and hotels so we know what magical can be like. Disneyland Hong Kong nails the magic from the second you walk into any hotel lobby in site....) As for Newport Bay the hotel staff aren't as happy as they used to be....they aren't proactive anymore more reactive. The rooms are very dated and tired (but still very nostalgic and the kids loved them) Asking for anything from house keeping takes an eternity or forgotten. Sadly our rooms weren't cleaned up properly before we got our room as we found previous guests belongings around the room. (Shoes and toys and rubbish). If we were paying reasonable prices like a typical hotel costs. Those things wouldn't really even be an issue but when you are paying substantial prices for "A Disney experience" it's a little sad. The park was and will remain incredible. And the feel and vibe of Newport Bay Hotel is always lovely. It just needs a little help to recreate it's magic.

Be aware that the rating could have been bad if it weren't for the efficiency of the service. Thanks to Sofia, the receptionist, who treated us exceptionally well and handled the issue quickly. We arrived at the room and there was an open tablet on the floor, a coffee stain that soaked our socks when we stepped on it barefoot. I went to complain and they came up to clean it within a minute. Unfortunately, they didn't quite know where the stain was and didn't clean it properly, so I had to go back down to reception. Sofia quickly addressed the issue again, and I went back up to the room with the manager so she could see it. She was very kind as well. She told us they were sorry, that they would clean again, including using the dehumidifier, and that they would give the little girl a small gift for the inconvenience. I won't tell you what it was, but it was a lovely gesture, and the little girl was delighted. Otherwise, everything was very, very good. No complaints whatsoever. Just that slightly awkward start, but with the friendly service and the hotel's professionalism, everything always turned out well.
