Yacht Club sur Coupvray

As with all Disney food outlets, vastly over priced. Nothing that we ordered was actually freshly made or of particularly high quality. The starters were uneventful with my wife having a tart with cheese and tomatoe, it resembled something that would have been made at a school HE class when i was younger. My clam chowder, tasted ok, but again was clearly microwaved as it was served with a “lovely” thick “skin” on top. My wife had a chicken “thing” that appeared to be over cooked chicken, floating in over boiled frozen veg sitting on a mound of soggy, sliced, mushrooms. I had a sirloin. It had absolutely zero seasoning and was tougher than the sole of a boot. It was however cooked as requested. It was served with a microwaved “baked” potatoe that was fairly horrific. My two year old daughter had the best meal out of the three of us with pasta shells and tomatoe sauce. Not worth the €160 at all. Staff member that served us was very pleasant.

In my opinion, a great hotel with professional staff in all positions and a great effort to please its guests and mainly the children.

- The hotel is aging (wallpaper peeling off, bathroom a little outdated) and lacking the usual services one would expect from a 4*, making the experience a little less charming when you don't pay the extra for having seen the pond (I suppose) while the price of a standard room is already very substantial. The corridors are endless between reception/entrance and room. - Depending on the check-in time, the waiting time is high for reception (even if pre-registration online - it doesn't change much). Same once you reach reception, additional wait to check room availability. Knowing that the parents will certainly have had a day in the park waiting in all possible lines, having to do it for a long time in a 4* hotel seemed like the straw that broke the camel's back for my patience. (May I also mention the next line to the luggage service ;p - to collect luggage left at the Disney Express counter at the station for an additional fee) - The swimming pool is also aging. The joints in the walls are peeling off here and there, the foot bath (not sure of the name) to access the pools was quite disgusting. - I don't think the evening buffet is worth it (40 Euros per adult), the tables and the atmosphere are equivalent to those of a canteen. - On a more positive note, the breakfast (additional charge) was very good and the beds comfortable. In short, to do it again, I would probably stay and dine in Paris and commute to Disneyland.

Tired and outdated. Anyone that thinks otherwise hasn’t stayed in a decent hotel. Rooms are poor. One bedside table for 2 beds. No usb. No cups for tea. Tiny thimbles for coffee. Bathroom stinks. Shower broken. Decor very old and tired. Long corridors but only single exit, very outdated layout. I’ve machines all broken. Staff were all decent, generally good service. but the hotel its self is old and tired. Would not stay again.

Great views of the lake close to the parks and disney village. Staff friendly and helpful I can't comment on the rooms as didn't stay in them

They entered the room without warning. I filed a complaint and was ignored.

Great hotel and brilliant staff. Rooms are a little dated and need of refreshing but other than that a very enjoyable stay.

Gave this a 4 star overall because of air temperature in the room at night. Way too hot to sleep. Everything thing else was great!! I'd come back again and again. I'll bring a portable fan with me next time.

There was nothing wrong with the food or the service, but the restaurant lacked any atmosphere & was expensive. Wouldn't return
