Enjoyed my time at You. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Went during lunch and it was quite busy.
I was happy with the chirashi rice and the udon we had. Would definitely come back when i visit Paris agajn

Excellent sushi restaurant. The ingredients are fresh and of very high quality. The prices are reasonable, and the service is both quick and efficient.
The only slight drawback is the limited seating.

Three visits since autumn,
Two disappointments.
The setting is nice, the €35 sushi selection seems like a good deal at first glance, and the servers are polite and friendly.
On my first visit, I was alone and waited 35 minutes between ordering and receiving my food... The rice was unusually dry and unpleasant.
I overheard the server say the chef was sick/absent, so I decided to give it another try.
On my second visit, I was alone at the counter, and the chef had to ask the waitresses to at least offer me a drink and the menu... The chef wasn't the same, but the sushi was delicious.
On my third visit, as a couple on the eve of Valentine's Day, there was no one to greet us at the very beginning of the evening. We found our reservation, and the server arrived just as we were about to be seated. It took 25 minutes between that moment and our order being taken, even though we were right next to where the servers and the counter were gathered. Conversely, and somewhat paradoxically, the servers were overwhelmed by walk-ins and/or those who hadn't made a reservation. It was odd to hear them decline or suggest waiting when no one was taking orders in the dining room (at least three tables were occupied). The fried appetizers were dripping with oil, nothing special. The sushi rice was still dry. My friend ended up saying it was bland... 120 euros for two, very disappointed.

I highly recommend it; the server was lovely. The ramen broth was excellent. The oudon was perfect, and the shrimp was also delicious.

I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. I came with a friend, without a reservation, for lunch. We were seated in front of the chef, which was a really nice setting. The dishes arrived quickly and were excellent. Admittedly, the price is a bit high, but you're paying for the quality of the ingredients and the food.

A reliable choice on rue Saint-Anne for simple dishes that showcase the raw ingredients and are authentic — it's not the most impressive address in terms of finesse or the pursuit of flavors, nor the best deal on the street, but the restaurant can be booked and does not disappoint!

I gave it a 5-star rating, but I'm now giving it a rating based on the opinion of a waitress of African descent. I reserved a spot at the bar, and she told me it was already reserved, even though I had made the reservation. Terrible service tonight.

I'd been wanting to eat at this Japanese restaurant for a long time, having walked past it regularly but never actually gone in. And I was right to finally go, because it was a very pleasant surprise!
The dishes are very good and very well prepared. The sushi, although a bit more expensive than usual (€5 for the sea bream sushi), is delicious: warm rice, a touch of wasabi, and a generous slice of raw fish create a rather delicate dish that makes a real difference compared to more "classic" Japanese sushi, so the price (for Paris) is justified by its quality. The tempura is also very flavorful, the frying being just like what I've tasted in many restaurants in Japan. Special mention goes to the matcha salt, which really enhances the tempura.
In short, more than satisfactory food that gives a convincing preview of what sushi and tempura might be like in a restaurant in Japan.
The restaurant's ambiance and decor are very minimalist. The upstairs room is a bit darker but also quieter. There were a few minor errors in the service, but overall it was professional and efficient/quick, despite two or three oversights.
In short, I recommend it: good value for money and an experience that makes me want to return! Authentic and delicious, it's a pleasure to find restaurants like this in Paris!
