What a pleasure to go get this delicious sushi! Ready when I arrived...unfortunately, I won't be going back...because I got a €135 fine for stopping in front of the place so my daughter could get out of the car. The city council asked me to move on, I left immediately, but I still received the ticket. It's a shame the city of Douai hasn't yet understood that the demise of downtown businesses is linked to the fact that customers can no longer come and do their shopping by car, even on a Saturday evening at 8:30 p.m.!

I've been going to this restaurant for years now and I never get tired of it! The food is generous and very affordable for the quality of the dishes, the staff is friendly and very kind. It's always a pleasure to have lunch at this restaurant, which I often recommend.

10/02/2026: The setting is superb: the restaurant is quite elegant and right on the waterfront. It must be wonderful in the summer. The service was also very good, with a very friendly waitress. However, the weak point is the food. First of all, everything they bring you looks nothing like the photos on the menu. In the pictures, the dishes are nicely presented, with little decorations, and look crispy. But that's completely different from what's actually served. The sushi rice is completely mushy, without the expected slightly sticky texture, as if it were overcooked. The takoyaki are passable, barely placed on lettuce. The apple ravioli on the dessert menu look fried and crispy, but what you get is boiled ravioli... It makes you wonder what's homemade and what's frozen, which is a shame, because in a setting like this, and at this price point, you shouldn't even have to ask.
