I received a very warm welcome. The waiter and waitress were very friendly 👍. And the food was very good 😊. Unfortunately, the portions weren't quite enough. But nothing's stopping me from ordering more... Anyway, I recommend it 😉

Although we hadn't made a reservation, the waiter arranged for us to get a table for four outside. The food was delicious and we didn't have to wait long. Highly recommended!

Disappointing experience. The welcome was cold and unfriendly, almost as if we were bothering them. The pizza and tiramisu were tasteless. And the prices are typical of Paris!

First time: very good. Second time: subpar service. Error in the order. The waiter said he was going to check in the kitchen. We're still waiting for his return. The problem with these restaurants is that everyone is just a tourist who won't come back...

Excellent Italian restaurant! The spritzes are delicious and the wood-fired pizzas are superb. A truly wonderful place that we highly recommend!

31/05/2026: The hotel is very well located, right in the center of Evian. The little train is nearby, and the pedestrian street (Rue Nationale) is just behind it. Santa is very friendly and welcoming. The room was decent, and the breakfast was plentiful. The only downside was the slightly cramped bathroom.
11/05/2026: Véronique and the whole team gave us a wonderful welcome. They were incredibly attentive. The hotel is well located opposite the lake, right in the center and close to all amenities.
