What a pleasure to rediscover Marco and his father's inimitable pizza dough recipe, which we met 28 years ago! We had a great time and will happily return on our next visit to Bayonne.

On the second day, we finally managed to get dinner. We went by the Google reviews, and we were so glad we did. The pizzas were delicious! 👌 A 10 out of 10 for the chef; it had been ages since I'd had such great pizza. The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. The desserts were also delicious; we ordered a homemade tiramisu, which was excellent. If you want to eat great pizza in Bayonne, don't hesitate to come to Zapi Pizza.
