I just left this unassuming restaurant, and I have to admit it's one of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever been to. Fresh ingredients and, above all, delicious flavor. Flavor everywhere, in every single dish.

Incredible! The best Japanese sushi in Tours, and probably in France (even restaurants charging €150 for a menu in Paris don't have this level of freshness and quality). Run by a lovely Japanese couple, always eager to share their culture and knowledge. The menu has increased with the rising cost of fish, but it's still good value for money.
The freshness of the fish is incomparable. Truly one of the best sushi restaurants I've ever been to (even in Tokyo, some weren't up to their standard).
Absolutely top-notch!

The quality and freshness of the food haven't changed at all in 20 years, and the restaurant also offers new and delicious dishes: ramen, chirashi… The Nigiri sushi and maki remains my signature dish, a true delight I never tire of. The welcome is warm and genuine; you can tell the staff puts their heart into what they do. After all these years, it's still a pure pleasure to go back, and I recommend it without hesitation. ✨☺️

Very calm and pleasant atmosphere, beautiful decor, and delicious food. All for a reasonable price.

Authentic. Very warm welcome. Delicious food, impeccable service – we are delighted with this wonderful discovery before leaving for Japan in less than a month. We were completely immersed in the atmosphere from beginning to end. Arigato gozaimasu 🙏🏻
