Very fine from starter to dessert on the daily menu during the week. Very nice experience in the mouth. A reservation about the sound environment which quickly becomes overwhelming if the room is full.

A Hidden Gem Along the Canal! We had a wonderful dining experience at Zuem Ysehuet. Nestled in a quiet, charming location along the canal, this restaurant is housed in a beautiful historical building that adds to the atmosphere. While the exterior reflects its rich history, the interior is modern and almost minimalistic, creating a relaxing and elegant ambiance. In summer, the terrace is open, offering a lovely spot for outdoor dining, but it was closed during our visit due to the season. The food is truly outstanding – a perfect blend of gourmet gourmand. Each dish was beautifully presented, with a focus on seasonal ingredients and a harmonious mix of heartwarming flavors and gastronomic flair. The sommelier was a real highlight of the evening, offering expert wine pairings that perfectly complemented each course. Every wine we tried was spot on! Overall, we highly recommend Zuem Ysehuet for anyone looking for a refined yet cozy dining experience. We’ll definitely be back to enjoy this gem again!

First time tasting menu in a restaurant of this level. We were very happy and amazed by the very high quality of the dishes! Modern venue, attentive, fast and friendly service, certainly highly recommended to anyone in the area. We took the 5-course menu and the value for money was excellent. Absolutely worth trying.

Modern, innovative cuisine prepared with fresh seasonal products. We enjoyed ourselves from start to finish, with a wine recommended by the sommelier who was friendly and warm. The setting is really cozy, the terrace is very pleasant. The value for money on the dishes is there (even if the house cocktail remains very expensive compared to the work). However, the service could be reviewed between a young waitress who does not pay attention to the customers and clears up before the end and another with whom the contact is cold and makes the customer feel her mood.

Cuisine généreuse et efficace. Il y a de la créativité, de bons accords entre les ingrédients. Le service est professionnel, l’accord mets et vins judicieux. En bref le rapport qualité prix est bon et à recommander pour passer un bon moment gastronomique pour une occasion particulière, un dîner romantique ou tout simple pour le plaisir.

Restaurants wie das Ysehut sind eine Freude, weil man zum fairen Preis 3-5 Gänge genießen darf ohne wie beim Sternelokal tief in die dreistellige Tasche greifen zu müssen. Hier gibt es selbst zum 3 Gang Menü eine Weinbegleitung, die durchaus solide war. Das Entree war eine gut balancierte vegetarische Tarte mit Erbse und geräucherten Fetaschaum. Im Hauptgang gibt es Fisch oder Fleisch - eine vegetarische Alternative scheint es nicht zu geben. Das Black Angus war okay, die Beilagen (Brokkoli Humus) waren stark. Beim Dessert scheint das Haus eine besondere Stärke zu haben. Es gab eine Kreation mit Matcha, Kirsche und Creme was mich entfernt an eine Interpretation eines New York Cheekescake erinnert hat. Das Lokal wirkt von außen wie ein Traditionsgasthaus ist aber innen modern eingerichtet. Die Terasse ist im Sommer zu empfehlen.
