Very good food, very generous portions, the establishment was very well decorated for Christmas.

A real treat! The servers were excellent, the sauerkraut was magnificent, and the children's menus even included a little gift.

A complete change of scenery is guaranteed at this rustic, authentic hotel located right in the city center. Warm welcome. All this for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We arrived at 3 pm for lunch and were very warmly welcomed; the tarte flambée was excellent. I highly recommend it.

We got some tarte flambée to go, which was very good :-) . However, Sandra, the "manager" who greeted us, was completely overwhelmed and very unpleasant. Upon arrival, the welcome was more like a funeral, far from warm. We felt more stressed than relaxed. She rushed us to take our order and pressured us to order drinks. Once we were served, the payment was very quick and unpleasant. The customers at the next table complained because, when she served them their food, she rudely replied, "NO, YOUR POTATOES ARE BOILED." The young waiter who was there that evening also got an earful: when he went to his car downstairs for a minute, she told him, and I quote, "I'm in charge. Next time you tell me if you have an accident. I AM RESPONSIBLE, so you tell him." "As customers, we were forced to witness this unpleasant scene. Please train your staff according to their roles so as not to impact customers."

Very good service and excellent meal

We ordered a half-sized flamenco to go, which was really good, and we were very well received by the friendly staff. The atmosphere inside is pleasant and very traditional.

It's impossible to come to Obernai without coming to eat a flamm at your place. Your food is amazing and we notice that people are enjoying it... Don't change a thing... The waitresses are very pleasant... See you soon...

We went to this restaurant by chance for lunch. After looking at the ratings and the menu, we liked it. We ate well and the prices were reasonable. We were a large group and were in a small, secluded room, which was perfect. There was little wait and the service was great. Thank you.
