23/05/2024: Easy to get to, right at the roundabout with parking options. Place was nice and clean, that includes the toilets. Food was OK, I generally am not a fan of McDonalds but we needed food and were not picky at the time. :-) Also, if you go to McDo, you're not going to expect a 5 star menu. So I don't want to complain. We got what we ordered, nothing was missing and it tasted as expected. Interesting fact though: the food is being cooked AFTER you ordered it. Unlike in London, where there will be 10 burgers waiting for you, most of them cold already... this will not happen here. That means however, waiting time is considerably longer. Nothing that bothered me, if I am being honest. The ordering process was a bit unusual, unlike in the UK where you're being given an order number, you have to pickup a sign with a table number on it, and enter that sign into the order. The poor waiter then has to figure out on which table that sign could have possibly landed. We were lucky, we came at a time it was not busy, but I don't want to work there when it is. ;-) Staff was... weirdly... friendly but not quite. Hard to explain... I'd say it was a "I really don't want to be here, but I can still be friendly and offer services I don't need to". I found that unusual. In London you either have the (scarily) friendly employees or the ones that don't want to be here and they will treat you like that as well. So this was a very unusual experience. I do love the reusable containers for all their foods. Whilst it is unusal, I think it definitely makes sense. I found the bin station a bit confusing though. At some point I almost binned their plastic containers because the signage was not quite clear. Toilets were spacious and - for what I needed to do - clean in comparison to other places. Weirdly the hand driver is above the sink (which makes sense considering how much water they blow off your hands) but what does not make sense is the mirrors right next to it which obviously contain marks from all the handdryer splashes. :-D
