Le Zest Urban sur Belley

Wanting to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday, we looked for a restaurant halfway between Aix-les-Bains and Les Abrets en Dauphiné while remaining close to Yenne where one of the guests lived. Following this research, we opted for the Zest Urban restaurant which ticked all the boxes and which also benefited from excellent reviews. These are absolutely not usurped, quite the contrary: bright room, cozy atmosphere due to the spacing of the tables, very friendly waitress (manager?), choice of varied, copious and excellent dishes (for those chosen within the framework of the "Gourmand" trio that we took), all for a very honest quality/price ratio. No doubt if we have the opportunity to return to restaurants in the area, Zest Urban will be at the top of our list of choice.

While passing through the area, we stopped at this address. Very friendly and pleasant welcome (even on the phone for reservations). Fine and refined cuisine, mastered seasonings and cooking. Fast and smiling service. Very reasonable prices given the service (eg: 1€50 per coffee in catering + 1 papillote). I recommend the address and I will come back if I am passing through Belley.

Friendly bistro, the daily menu is correct, main course and dessert for less than €18.50, cheese tart with salad, 🥗 very good beef cheek tagine with candied red beans and mash croquettes. The meat has simmered well. For dessert, a floating island

For 2 evenings, my wife and I dined with great pleasure in this restaurant. A very warm welcome from the Owner and high quality cuisine left us with an excellent impression. An address to know in Belley. Too bad it’s far from Charente-Maritime!

We had the menu, they had beef fillet, food is very good, and the price is super fair. They let us charge our bikes, because we were in a pinch. They really went out of there way to help us theyre super friendly, i can only recommend them. Good people and good food, thank you so much :)
