13/07/2026: Avoid this place! I had a terrible experience at lunchtime. From the moment I arrived, the hygiene was appalling: sticky tables, a dirty floor, and toilets in a disappointingly unclean state. The entire restaurant gave the impression of being neglected, which is extremely unsettling for a meal.
The atmosphere wasn't pleasant either: far too much noise, a seemingly chaotic organization, and an unwelcoming welcome. It's a real shame, as these problems completely ruined my meal. I hope the establishment takes these comments seriously, but I certainly won't be returning.
09/07/2026: A very bad experience. The order was never prepared, the restaurant was very dirty and unwelcoming, stiflingly hot, and there was no seriousness or professionalism whatsoever.

17/07/2026: I was very disappointed with the cappuccino. It's by far the worst I've had in Greater Geneva. If you're looking for a quality cappuccino, I wouldn't recommend this place. Frankly, even a cappuccino made at home with a simple instant mix is better than the one served here.
06/07/2026: First, they let me pay the amount with a mix of EUR and CHF (1:1 exchange rate, fair enough - at the time 1 CHF~1.09 EUR) since I didn't have enough EUR in cash, then proceeded not to give me my change back. So I guess I paid a "foreigner tax". And the coffee was not even good.

30/08/2025: I ordered shrimp udon. They brought me the beef ones. And when I said it wasn't the right dish, they told me to get pad thai because they were out of udon. Terrible service and udon swimming in sauce.
I wasn't offered a refund or anything, not to mention that most of the menu wasn't available and there was no apology from them, almost as if they were used to it.

09/04/2026: They make the best cookies ever, but they're so incredibly sweet. If I were a thirty-year-old dad, I'd say they're too sweet to eat properly. But hey, they're good.

09/09/2024: Delicious meal! Creative menu and the fish was perfectly prepared. The waitstaff were very welcoming and gave perfect wine suggestions.
02/09/2024: Délicieux restaurant, du frais, du fait maison, des produits de qualité très bien cuisinés et une belle carte des vins. Pour couronner le tout le service est impeccable. C'était ma première visite dans ce restaurant mais j'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner !

14/04/2026: Zadig Café is a well-run bar and restaurant owned by Charly, who is a very friendly and attentive person. The clientele is quite diverse, ranging from construction workers from nearby sites to retirees who come for company over coffee, and local workers on their lunch break. The establishment is very clean and well-maintained. The terrace is sunny in the morning.
