21/11/2024: Disappointed by the welcome where you are told to come back at 7 p.m. and when you come back, you are told that it is full and everything requires reservation, why not announce it on the first visit!!!!

11/02/2026: I stopped at the drive-thru to get two double cheeseburgers and a small order of fries, which is very unusual, because considering the price compared to the size of the sandwiches, I already find it outrageous. When I went to the counter, I explained to the attendant that I had an appointment at 2:00 PM, even though it was only 1:42 PM. After serving the car in front of me, I waited for over 10 minutes after the car in front had left, only to get my two sandwiches and cold fries… When I asked for hot fries, I was met with a very unpleasant response, so, to avoid being rude, I asked for a refund. As a result, I spent 18 minutes leaving without any sandwiches. I consider the price for two measly double cheeseburgers the size of a macaron and a small order of fries to be outrageous; I find it shameful to have cold fries. Because you're at the drive-thru, which is supposed to serve leftover fries, when you call yourself a fast-food restaurant, you have a duty to respect the customer, especially since McDonald's serves hot fries. I can't wait for Burger King to open in Hirson, and maybe that will make you change your ways. As things stand, I won't be setting foot in your establishment again or recommending it.

13/02/2026: I used to go there regularly. I'd never been disappointed. Yesterday, the samosas were doughy and indigestible. I always finish my meal with cheese. There was no more bread. My husband went to ask for a piece. The rather curt reply was that there was no more bread, even though it was 1:30 pm. On the other hand, our young waitress was very kind and friendly.

12/02/2026: We came this evening, we ate very well and were extremely well received and served by the two waitresses. We will be back.
