21/02/2026: I've been a regular customer for several years now.
Since the change of ownership, the quality has unfortunately dropped considerably.
The receptionist is still very nice.
However, I don't even want to order a wok dish anymore because the cook is so unpleasant and rude; a simple "hello" is the bare minimum...
The desserts are awful; they shouldn't even bother making them.
As for the rest of the food, my opinion is mixed; sometimes it's okay, sometimes not.
I'm keeping my rating low to allow you to improve, but thank you for taking customer feedback into account.

05/08/2024: Service laissant clairement à désirer. Patron qui fume pendant le service. Pizzas arrivées 15 min avant les pâtes. Trop de monde accepté par rapport à la capacité à servir décemment. Dommage car les pizzas sont bonnes et les pâtes aussi. Nous n’avons pas pris de dessert vu le bordel

15/09/2024: We were impressed by the size and furnishings of the breakfast room, the breakfast was rich and carefully selected, and the service was impeccable.
09/09/2024: We had a very good stay. The suite was superb and there were lots of little touches (tea and coffee tray, drinks in the mini-fridge, bathrobes, slippers, Bluetooth speaker, etc.) that you don't find much even in other 4 stars.
We will come back, for sure.
