Disappointing experience with a particularly unpleasant waitress with glasses. We clearly had the impression of disturbing her: when we asked for toast after having already had pancakes, she sighed, which made us uncomfortable. We wanted to add pancakes and toast, but we didn't dare ask for fear of his reaction.
It's a real shame, because we pass by every day and usually choose to have breakfast here (between €19 and €25 in PM, which is not nothing). A better attitude would have completely changed the experience.

18/09/2024: An entrecôte as it should be, a thank you to the kitchen. The starter cheeses were carefully selected, aged and delicious. The service was attentive and the recommended wines met our expectations.
01/09/2024: We waited 1h30 before being served! It spoils the fun
It's a real shame, especially since the food is very good.

22/09/2024: Une brasserie plutôt sympathique et moderne. Le service très aimable. Un point vraiment désagréable : la bouteille de San Pellegrino à 8,20 €. C'est vrai nous n'avons pas lu son prix sur la carte avant la commande, mais c'est bien la première fois qu'on voit un prix pareil en brasserie. On s'est sentis floués.
09/09/2024: Nous nous sommes rabattus sur cette brasserie faute de place dans l'établissement voisin et finalement c'était beaucoup mieux que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Nous avons très bien mangé, des plats simples mais goûteux et bien présentés. Nous recommandons le dessert maison avec la poire cuite.
Le service est efficace et les serveurs aimables et attentionnés.

26/09/2024: Superb place, quality in its well-stocked dishes. Reservations strongly suggested around the world.
The only downside is that you have to eat there "quickly", to certainly provide several services.
25/09/2024: I ate very well. I took the last pizza on the menu and I enjoyed it!
I often have trouble finishing pizza but not tonight.
The waiters were all adorable and attentive.
The interior is new and very clean.
I'll come back to it next week

15/09/2024: We were impressed by the size and furnishings of the breakfast room, the breakfast was rich and carefully selected, and the service was impeccable.
09/09/2024: We had a very good stay. The suite was superb and there were lots of little touches (tea and coffee tray, drinks in the mini-fridge, bathrobes, slippers, Bluetooth speaker, etc.) that you don't find much even in other 4 stars.
We will come back, for sure.

09/12/2024: Takeover of the Les Ducs restaurant by the Petit Palais team.
Authentic, simple cuisine.
The prices are affordable and the homemade taste is evident on the plate.
Too bad there were only 5 pieces of meat on the beef cheek plate unlike my friend's 1/2 chicken plate and for a difference of €2.
But it was melting, that's the main thing.
The contemporary bistro atmosphere is great, as are the very original wooden menus.
The map is refined.
Wine by the glass is also affordable.

13/09/2024: Very good brasserie, smiling waitresses, good value for money because the dishes are very generous. Fast service. Clean and well located restaurant with a beautiful terrace in the historic district.
Visited in August: Super good croq madame and croq des ducs with salmon

24/01/2025: Disappointed with the dessert for 7 euros a small slice of cheesecake and when you say something they tell you to go directly to headquarters and no commercial gesture apart from putting the bill directly on the table....
22/01/2025: Wouldn’t let me have a drink unless I ordered food.
Very disappointed and a pint of lager was €7.50. Shocking.

14/08/2024: I was very disappointed with my experience at this Japanese restaurant. The fish, which is supposed to be the key element of many dishes, was unfortunately not fresh and too salty to cover the taste. This not only affected the taste, but also raised concerns about hygiene.
Additionally, I noticed flies landing on the food, which is unacceptable for a restaurant. It really leaves something to be desired in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. I do not recommend this establishment, especially if you are looking for fresh produce and a clean environment.
08/08/2024: Exorbitant prices €46 to eat 5 sushi and 5 shrimp for lunch with flies everywhere, I advise against it

06/09/2024: Very good for a buffet. Good food and reasonable prices especially during the week.
Small downside....very large room therefore noisy.
With aperitif and drinks count 20 euros per person during the week.
26/08/2024: A meal for 13.50 euros isn't worth more and I'm nice. Les.news not great shrimp fritters too much batter. The fried vegetables are just onions, the uncooked wok is very greasy and I'm sure it's very very noisy even on a Monday. It's not worth stopping and employing them who are not welcoming.
And I'm not talking to you about the toilets, the mops lying around on the floor and very dirty. Go your way
