Cafe Le Commerce
Moulins
11/09/2026: Always top-notch!
Fantastic and very friendly servers! I highly recommend them.
19/08/2026: A refreshing break in Place d'Allier. Beware of the prices. We had two pints of Grimbergen Blanche... €18.80 for both. A week earlier, we were in the south overlooking the port in a tourist resort. We paid €16 for two pints there... with a much nicer view from a terrace... Place d'Allier is still just as expensive...

La Paillotte
Moulins
24/08/2026: A relaxing and pleasant meeting place on the riverside.
13/08/2026: A well-appointed beach bar next to a small sandy beach with a designated swimming area in the Allier River. One slight drawback: beer lovers will have limited options.

McDonald's, France
Moulins
13/09/2026: I wouldn't advise anyone to go there; it's a complete waste of money! The hygiene is just awful, disgusting. The restaurant is filthy, both in the dining area and the service areas. The service is incredibly slow, and the welcome is truly terrible; the staff is unpleasant. Orders are poorly prepared, with items missing or forgotten. Frankly, there are many things that need improvement. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
13/09/2026: I came to check out this McDonald's in town and it was truly awful. It's just filthy, the tables aren't cleaned, and the floor is a disaster. I ordered Sprite but got sparkling water instead; I didn't understand why—it's poorly managed. The service was slow, but it was very busy.

Le Face a Face
Moulins
19/12/2025: I never got to experience this place. Two online reservations. Two rejections without any explanation. It might be great, but I'll never know, apparently.
24/11/2025: Amazing spot for a weekend outing.

La Cite d'Asie
Moulins
20/08/2026: I wanted to go, but as usual, it's closed. There's no indication on the premises of why it's closed, even though the website says it's open. It's Thursday, so it should be open.
I usually really like this restaurant, but every time I go, it's closed. It's a real shame.
15/04/2026: Very pleasant, warm welcome, La Maillieure in Moulins, highly recommended

Pizza Plazza S.A.R.L.
Moulins
29/09/2026: I went to order a pizza in today.
When I went to pay, I handed over a €50 note, and the cashier told me they didn't have any change and told me to beg someone in the Carrefour shopping center to get me some.
Unacceptable customer service; if you can't manage your cash register, you can't run a business.
27/07/2026: Delivery drivers who drive like maniacs dare to insult each other when they are wrong.

17/05/2024: Il serait plus honnête de préciser que l'happy hour concerne que les softs .et pourquoi noter sur l'affiche que l'abus d'alcool est dangereux ! Parlent ils des softs ??

Le Clos de Bourgogne
Moulins
07/07/2026: We received a very warm welcome from the staff, who were helpful and attentive despite our late arrival. Lea and her colleague, in particular, were very helpful. The garden was beautiful and very charming. Thank you!
07/06/2026: This beautiful Moulins-style house is very welcoming, warm, and well-equipped. It's ideally located near the historic center of Moulins, just a few minutes' walk away.
The entire team is very helpful.
Tom and Léa are particularly attentive and kind.
Thank you for this pleasant stay; we will be back!

La Dolce Vita
Moulins
