Les meilleurs restaurants en Digne-Les-Bains

10/10/2025: What a great time with delicious and original tapas, and a good Ventoux! And a welcome that is always so welcoming 😊.

06/09/2025: Do not eat here if you are hungry. The food quality is okay, but the portions are tiny. You will need a long sit if you plan to fill your stomach, since you can't order more than two tapas per person each time. The owners also seemed more interested in each others company than with the guests. Maybe it is a good place to drink, we did not try any alcoholic beverages, but for a good dinner, I would go somewhere else. Reaction to the owners reply: we know tapas are supposed to be small, but normally they are not this tiny. In Spain, a country where they know how to make tapas, portions are significantly larger. After the first round of tapas we concluded that, with these portions, our stomachs were not going to be filled no matter how long we would spend here. So we went elsewhere for a proper meal.

16/07/2026: Passing through Digne, we went for a coffee and asked for a glass of ice to put in our coffee, so instead of €1.50, we were charged €2.50. That's expensive ice cream!

15/07/2026: Lovely establishment in the city center. The owner wet the terrace floor—a very good idea during this hot weather. Impeccable service. Great selection of draft beers and a fantastic terrace near the fountains. Highly recommended.

25/07/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I didn't realize that by coming to lunch at Bleu Cerise, I had booked the "rainy day" option. After moving my table once, then a second time, because I was literally eating in the pouring rain, I had the audacity to sit at an empty, covered table. A seemingly revolutionary idea. The owner immediately came over to tell me, "If everyone does what you're doing, we're not going to make it." I naively thought the priority was to allow customers to finish their meal in the dry. Apparently, that's not the restaurant's philosophy. The most surprising thing came when it was time to pay the bill. Instead of an apology or a gesture of goodwill, the owner, clearly very self-assured, explained that we could leave all the reviews we wanted, that he didn't care at all. It's quite rare to encounter a restaurant owner who so blatantly displays their indifference to customer satisfaction. In the end, the rain was almost the most enjoyable part of lunch. A word of advice to future customers: if the sky is threatening, remember to book a table inside or bring a raincoat. As for hospitality, it unfortunately seems to be missing from the menu.

08/07/2026: I'm always delighted with my visits to Bleu Cerise. The location is ideal, the welcome is excellent, and the food is of high quality, all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it!

19/07/2026: My husband became ill after eating there; the chicken was partially raw. I tasted it and also experienced nausea and a stomach ache.

19/05/2026: A good classic pizza and a friendly pizza maker :)

17/04/2026: Very good pizzas, I ordered them by phone and picked them up at the agreed time.

02/08/2026: We've been customers for a very long time, and we still enjoy going there just as much. The limited-time creations are a real bonus for those who like burgers that are a little out of the ordinary, with slightly more sophisticated ingredients, even though the regular menu remains a sure bet. The staff are always friendly and smiling, and the wait time is always reasonable when we go.

21/06/2026: How can I put it? For the first time in ages, I found myself giving up on a hamburger I was never able to finish 😅😅 I felt like a wimp, I enjoyed it so much, and I told myself I could eat a little more later because there was still so much left!!!!!!

01/06/2026: This pandas, the Champions League final, we went to eat there, well it was really bad. The fries weren't cooked, the kebab meat was hard, and we asked the waiter not to put tomatoes in our kebab. Hygiene was nonexistent. I advise you not to go there, thank you.

26/05/2026: Great kebab restaurant that deserves a good rating. They do a good job, I recommend them because the food is high quality, generous portions, and inexpensive.

29/05/2026: Excellent Caesar salad!! Just steps from the tourist office with ample parking nearby, spacious restaurant with outdoor seating on two streets.

20/05/2026: Superb cuisine, surely the best value for money in Digne les bains, with very good daily specials and desserts.

08/01/2026: The room was poorly insulated; it was cold, as the door wasn't very well insulated and opened directly to the outside. Furthermore, the cleanliness wasn't great. Breakfast was okay, with farm-fresh yogurt and a little cheese, but the bread... I'm fed up with reheated, industrial bread and pastries. Like many hotels, this one is no exception. A shame.

07/01/2026: We stayed at this hotel and it was a very pleasant surprise. At first glance, the establishment is simple, clean, and unpretentious, which was exactly what we were looking for in terms of value for money. What truly sets this place apart is the attention paid to guests. I had made several special requests related to my allergies before our arrival, and everything was meticulously accommodated with exceptional kindness.

10/07/2026: First and probably last visit to this McDonald's. I came to take advantage of a promotion that, in the end, wasn't available at this restaurant, which was a major disappointment. Then, the wait was particularly long, even though it wasn't very busy. It's hard to understand when you expect fast service. Finally, the milkshake was the biggest letdown: it was extremely runny, more like milk than a real milkshake. In the end, between the unavailable promotion, the wait, and the poor quality of the food, this first experience was very disappointing. I hope these points will be improved for future customers. Saved by my daughter, who loved the play area.

08/07/2026: It's a shame that McDonald's France isn't yet sensitive to gluten intolerance and doesn't offer any menu options for this.
