03/04/2024: We had a great time, warm welcome, efficient and attentive service. Dish of the day, flank steak crushed with potato and vegetables, nothing to say. To try !
03/04/2024: 🍴 It's good to sit on the terrace at Aigo Blanco and refresh yourself with a Henri Bardouin pastis or a Rinquinquin à la Pêche.
The team is friendly and responsive, but seems exhausted. This is due to a somewhat anarchic organization where the waiters take care of all the tables and this contributes to creating a stressful atmosphere. We therefore lose synthetics, but their energy overcomes everything.
The dishes arrive quickly, a little too much, we feel that the turnover of customers is desired and we wonder if it is fresh. The appointment is not on the plate and the pretext of the premises does not justify the prices. There is a bit of a lack of passion in the preparation and the cardboard profiteroles drive the point home.
The spirit of L'Aigo Blanco therefore relies more on an improved canteen spirit than a restaurant but the will which drives the entire team, with more invested leadership, can propel this lively place towards more quality.

14/02/2024: Having only had pizzas, I don't judge the rest of the menu.
The pizzas were not worthy of a pizzeria: flavorless dough and questionable topping (rancid taste). The welcome and the service are not up to the prices charged (22 euros for a large pizza!).
In short, to avoid.

I ordered the Sicilian pasta, I ended up with Barilla pasta, and tomato sauce.
It leaves something to be desired, bad dining experience.

07/03/2024: During a detour to Forcalquier, we unexpectedly ate in this restaurant. We left full of good food and delighted by the friendliness of the service. Good surprise !
01/03/2024: We tested the “Saigon” without knowing it. I was enchanted, extraordinary taste, splendid culinary discoveries. The service is perfect. Quality and quantity go perfectly together. Can't wait to go back to taste the fondue. 😁😉 Thank you also for the welcome

05/03/2024: Despite quality and almost flawless cuisine (apart from the absence of a wine list...), the waiter discreetly added 15€ to my bill... 9€ there for 33cl desperados and 10€ for a double espresso.
My neighbor at the table paid double what he should have paid, under the pretext that there is no dessert course option, even though it is clearly written at the entrance..
we realized it only after.. shameful
