07/03/2024: We stop at this restaurant when we go to the Alps the dishes are delicious and well served and the prices are reasonable the pizzas are delicious I recommend!!!!

14/11/2023: Decent room, clean toilet, the window would need to be changed, the young waiter, nice the kitchen without more vegetables and overcooked meat I would have liked a little more spicy, and another presentation the beef xa you I always ate it in a small cast iron dish and separate rice we were the only ones in the room, not bad but nothing more

But they know that it's such a beautiful place that even if it's sometimes not pleasant and not professional at all, they'll come back there so they don't care.
On the other hand, thank you to the employees who are pleasant and friendly and who know how to welcome and who always have a smile and are

For the kitchen it's not always great and the prices are more and more expensive....

Such was my surprise to find that the angel bakery offered itself as a partner, but that the employees did not deign to glance at the children impatient to give their little paper and collect a small chocolate. The next time the event comes up, refuse is best.

On the other hand, we booked a room which was very dirty, mold on the wall, fridge not cleaned, dirty microwave.
Dirty kitchen.
No TV heating that doesn't work.
WC should not be very large.
Bed hair or hair in the sheets on the cushions
Cushion stain, smell
Only positive point saw it and restaurant
I do not recommend this hotel.
I have just read all the negative reviews, nothing was taken into account so frankly it doesn't even deserve 1 star damage for a well located hotel.

Tourist trap at the foot of the citadel. Expensive prices and nothing on the plate.
I had taken a sirloin because normally it is a tender meat... well no, full of nerves with non-existent garnish at 20 euros for the dish and 2.5 euros for the pepper sauce there is no small profits. Three vegetables on the plate at any given time, we have to stop taking ourselves for donkeys. My friends had the grilled lamb, the same as my almost empty plate. A tiny piece of meat and three vegetables for 27 euros a plate anyway. When I remarked to the waitress about the quantity of accompaniment she seemed surprised because for her everything was normal.

11/10/2023: Serving a regular customer (without asking her what she wants since she always has to take the same thing) before my turn (even though she was fine afterwards), and acting as if you hadn't noticed after my remark, It's not pleasant and not very serious. And above all disrespectful.
