22/08/2024: En visite à Sistero, ns ns sommes arêtes ds cet établissement. Nous aurions dû prospecter un peu plus. Nous voulions déguster les plats régionaux, un seul a la carte. La personne qui nous a accueilli et servi n’était pas du tout souriante. On a eu l’impression de la déranger, pas de carte de vin qui nous a été proposé. Qualité du repas médiocre. La prochaine fois je passerai mon chemin

19/09/2024: But how horrible is this concept of self-service... have you fallen on your head? Hygiene is not respected in any way. Like many of my acquaintances, I will no longer set foot in your store in Sisteron. Yes yes…simply disgusting!

19/08/2024: shop to avoid. Breads and pastries are now offered in DIY self-service without a screen protection device: customers serve themselves by hand, the tongs being left in a corner.... it's downright anti-hygienic and disgusting. The only employee who remains in front of the customers, the cashier (from Sisteron) who only has that to do and also to press the buttons of the coffee machine, is unfriendly, she totally doesn't care about the customers, chats with the other M-Blachère employees from one end of the store to the other, goes off to do something else, leaving the customers in the lurch when it's time to pay, complains about having to slice the bread for the person behind me, etc... in short, 2 baguettes (much too expensive for industrial bread) and 13 minutes wasted waiting. This is not the only similar experience. so Marie-Blachère in DIY self-service, it’s stopped. This is not the only bakery in Sisteron.
