Auberge De La Madone
Peillon
04/08/2026: The best part of the whole trip was the restaurant; the best dinner of the entire vacation. The food was spectacular, the service perfect and incredibly attentive. The food is prepared with meticulous attention to detail. The lamb chops were amazing, and in general, everything is perfectly arranged to ensure you enjoy a truly spectacular evening. I highly recommend, as crazy as it may seem, stopping by and spending the night for the dinner and the experience in such a unique and wonderful place.
13/06/2026: An incredible experience! The setting is simply magnificent, the restaurant authentic with real flavors from appetizer to dessert. Thank you to Thomas, the chef, and his entire team. You can go there without hesitation.

Le Bistrot des Sources
Peillon
19/09/2026: Simple but very good cuisine, very good quality products, exceptional service, staff and owner who take great care of you.
15/09/2026: The two of us were there for lunch for the second time today. The team is incredibly friendly, funny, and helpful. Both times, the food was a real treat, something we hadn't expected in such a small town. Last time it was the set menu, and today it was fish. We're thrilled! Merci beaucoup, Très savoureux et magnifique.

Restaurant l’Authentique
Peillon
15/07/2024: In a stunning position on the edge of Peillon village, high above Nice, the restaurant is certainly worth the trip. Chef Thomas offer an excellent cuisine in the tradition of his father Christian. Nice selection of wiens of provence.
