An inn you absolutely must discover! The rooms are simple but functional, with balconies offering stunning views of the charming village of Peillon. The food is fantastic! We tried both the brasserie and the gourmet restaurant. In the gourmet restaurant, taste, flavor, and generosity are perfectly combined. The veal and lamb are sublime, flavorful, and subtle. The appetizers, including the stuffed zucchini blossoms, are a must-try. As for the head waiter, his wine knowledge and enthusiasm are delightful. If you're ever in the area, come and discover this inn with its reasonable prices and exceptional cuisine. Bravo to the whole team!
