Auberge De La Madone sur Peillon

The best part of the whole trip was the restaurant; the best dinner of the entire vacation. The food was spectacular, the service perfect and incredibly attentive. The food is prepared with meticulous attention to detail. The lamb chops were amazing, and in general, everything is perfectly arranged to ensure you enjoy a truly spectacular evening. I highly recommend, as crazy as it may seem, stopping by and spending the night for the dinner and the experience in such a unique and wonderful place.

An incredible experience! The setting is simply magnificent, the restaurant authentic with real flavors from appetizer to dessert. Thank you to Thomas, the chef, and his entire team. You can go there without hesitation.

An extraordinary bistro lunch: fresh, flavorful, and comforting… Without hesitation, far from the hustle and bustle of the seaside, a true haven of peace. Thank you to the entire team for your smiles and kindness.

This location is magical in many ways. High in the mountains above Nice. It feels like you stepped back in time. The hotel is charming. The rooms are okay but with only a fan can be a little warm. The restaurant is first class. This is a fine dining experience off the beaten path. The food was wonderful in every detail. A night here you will remember always. A great experience.

Excellent lunch, good quality, tasty food, everything was perfect.

A wonderful welcome and a very good restaurant.
