This location is magical in many ways. High in the mountains above Nice. It feels like you stepped back in time. The hotel is charming. The rooms are okay but with only a fan can be a little warm. The restaurant is first class. This is a fine dining experience off the beaten path. The food was wonderful in every detail. A night here you will remember always. A great experience.
