31/05/2026: As a tour guide, I recently learned that we have to pay an entrance fee to the Foundation! Imagine, a first visit to prepare for the temporary exhibition and a second one with clients...and we'll have shelled out 28 Euros! Many colleagues no longer want to give tours...I'm coming on Monday with private clients, I sent an email to receive the press kit for the current exhibition "Le Temps Courrèges" and I haven't received any reply! I'm very disappointed...If this email is read by someone connected to the Foundation, please forward this message.

16/06/2026: One of the most special and memorable stays my wife and I have ever had the opportunity to experience. The grounds, the setting, the food, the room, I could go on and on as everything was exceptional. Every interaction we had with staff was warm and kind. We loved our time and can’t wait to come back!
14/06/2026: Beautiful hotel! Just wonderful. Everything is extremely well curated, gorgeous gardens and the housekeeping is another level. We were here for a girls weekend away and loved it so much. I can’t wait to come bacon thanks Caroline and team 💖

24/04/2026: We dined at La Table du Malvan for a wedding lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. Alain, Sophie, and Brigitte are very kind and pleasant. The food was excellent!

03/06/2026: Unique places with a friendly welcome, waiting to be discovered.
01/06/2026: Once the initial apprehension of exiting onto a highway and the descent had passed, we were greeted with wonder by a peaceful, almost wild garden, and turning our heads, we were treated to a breathtaking view of the village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence.
We sat down at an outdoor table and were welcomed by a very friendly, if somewhat gruff, local man from Nice, with whom we had a wonderful time.
The home-style cooking was equally impressive, with generous and delicious portions. A special mention goes to the smoked trout, a house specialty, which is incredible and absolutely worth trying!

13/06/2026: We had lunch at La Sierra this Saturday on the terrace. We appreciated the restaurant's prices and the magnificent view compared to other restaurants. It's a shame the gourmet salad was no longer available. Special mention for the chef's warm welcome.
14/05/2026: The service was incredibly slow (45 minutes before we could even order). The restaurant served expired Cokes, having carefully torn off the expiration date (sold for €5.50 each). The portions were extremely small considering the exorbitant prices. The frozen carpaccio was swimming in water. It's shameful to treat tourists like such fools. Absolutely avoid this place.

03/04/2026: The atmosphere is nice, you can eat on the terrace with a view. The staff is friendly enough. The food leaves much to be desired... the quiche was burnt, and the lasagna tasted like a frozen one.

16/06/2026: The view from the small terrace is simply fantastic.
The crêpes are delicious, and the accompanying cider is great.

08/06/2026: We came because of the good reviews for cheese and cold cuts platter. It was 16.45 when we came in, google says it closes at 17.30. The lady refused to prepare us formage board saying she is closing. We went by near the shop at 17.25 and she was still there, just sitting on the table with another woman outside. As it seems, she just was lazy and wanted to kick us out from the shop in order to sit outside and sweet talk with her friend, the other lady
28/05/2026: I just remembered this experience while talking with someone who spent a large part of their childhood in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, who had actually recommended I go there.
Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I waited several minutes before a waitress greeted me, while the two waitresses walked past me several times without a word or a glance. Fortunately, the manager, a very friendly woman, finally came out to find me a table.
However, the table was still cluttered with plates from previous customers, so I waited standing up. One of the waitresses walked past without clearing the table, and once again, it was the manager who had to notice that the job hadn't been done.
This waitress's service was so unpleasant that even the tables around me seemed surprised by her attitude.
And finally: since my battery was almost completely dead, I asked this young woman if I could charge my phone for a few minutes. Imagine my surprise when she handed it back to me with even less battery than before… I ended up having to go to a bar a little further down the street, order a drink, and charge my phone there where, as luck would have it, my charger worked perfectly.
It's a real shame, because the place had been enthusiastically recommended to me.

21/08/2024: Una doverosa premessa: nonostante avessi insistito la mattina per cercare un buon ristorante da prenotare, si è deciso di improvvisare e la conseguenza inevitabile è stata di trovare posto e quindi cenare nell’unico ristorante con posti liberi, e il motivo mi apparirà lampante dopo pochi secondi; peraltro le recensioni erano chiare.
Una serata buttata.
L’apparenza non è male, sembra carino da fuori ma una volta entrati appare subito chiaro che si andrà incontro a una disfatta.
Tavoli apparecchiati con tovagliette di carta e niente che denoti cura, amore, passione.
Il menù poco vario e con prezzi folli, basti pensare che un semplice hamburger costa 24 euro.
Io ho preso la loro specialità (?): porco con puree; ebbene, la carne era dura e quasi fredda, nulla di più di un pasto da ospedale o di fortuna a casa propria quando manca tutto, mentre il puree era freddo e di pessimo gusto, cioè immangiabile. Il prezzo di questa “specialità” era circa 30 euro, no comment.
I bambini hanno mangiato menù bambini (nuggets, patatine, palla di gelato) e pare non sia stata una tragedia per loro. Forse è solo un ristorante per bambini.
Dal mio punto di vista una delle peggiori cene della mia vita come rapporto qualità - prezzo e tutto questo in un gioiello come saint Paul dove l’eccellenza dovrebbe dominare dovunque.

04/10/2024: Hemos sido visitantes regulares durante muchos años y solíamos amar la plat du jour a un precio razonable a la hora del almuerzo, bañada por una jarra de vinos locales.

En los últimos dos años se ha introducido un sistema de dos niveles con una carta de vinos cara para los turistas (a pesar de vivir en Niza somos ingleses tan agrupados en este grupo) y el estándar de la comida se ha deteriorado. La última vez que almorzamos comimos un filete de salmón con dos patatas hervidas sin adornos y sin salsa ni condimento. Muy triste que esta institución local y muy querida ya no sea acogedora ni merezca una visita
