31/08/2026: ⭐ 1/5 Very disappointed with this McDonald's. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've had a bad experience. The first time, we waited over 30 minutes just for a drink and a fry, even though the restaurant was practically empty and there was no rush. And tonight, another disappointment with an Uber Eats order: the fries were cold and hard, the double cheddar fries were nothing like what was advertised (just a slice of cheddar cut into pieces, not even melted), the Deluxe sauce was missing, and the burger was also very hard. For the price we paid, this is clearly unacceptable (€44 for two burgers, a double cheddar fry, and 9 nuggets). I understand that mistakes can happen or there might be busy periods, but when this happens repeatedly even when there's no crowd, it's really disappointing. I sincerely hope that the quality of service and order preparation will be improved.

30/08/2026: What a joke. 35 minutes waiting at the drive-thru, just to place my order, and then another endless wait. No organization whatsoever. Not a word of apology. And all that just to eat cold food.

24/08/2026: Extremely delicious, and sometimes a victim of their own success, Papa's burgers are truly a must-try in Val Thoiry! A super friendly team is on hand to prepare your delicious meals!

22/08/2026: I picked up my order today, the fries were awful, I couldn't eat them. The veggie burger is delicious.
