19/09/2026: This is the second time we've come and been served after waiting over 20 minutes... The previous time, when we complained that after waiting almost 30 minutes, we were served cold burgers and cold fries, and that the sauce had a strange color, one of the employees whispered to his colleague, "I told you not to serve them"... indeed, several trays were stored to the side waiting to be sent out...

16/08/2026: What a waste! Five or six years ago, this was THE burger place to go in Troyes. Now the ingredients just aren't up to par.
I'm giving it two stars because it's not bad, but it's light years away from what it used to be.
One less loyal customer.
A real shame.

01/09/2026: Excellent restaurant, the best in the area. The staff are friendly and welcoming; it's refreshing to hear them laughing together, showing a strong team spirit. In any case, best of luck, as some customers lack the compassion to empathize with what sometimes seems like such a difficult job... I will definitely be back!
30/08/2026: Very run down and was closed at 1010am on a Sunday morning although should have been open at 10am. They eventually opened when we rattled the doors. They were loading fridges and prepping to cook still at 1030am Our order took 20 minutes. Restaurant was dirty and worn down. Probably the worst McDs I’ve had.
