19/09/2026: At the Buffalo Grill in Carcassonne... a waiter named Zaki... attentive and energetic, he looks after his customers' well-being. The food was very good, but Zaki's excellent service truly made the difference. A rare gem for this establishment! We will definitely be back. Thank you... to him and the whole team! 👍
18/09/2026: Despite the kitchen disaster, the waiter was fantastic. THANK GOODNESS he was there because otherwise you would have deserved a star :p
