12/07/2026: If you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, we highly recommend the beach hotel. A welcoming and peaceful place, with the sound and view of the sea, it guarantees a truly idyllic holiday.
The managers are incredibly kind and helpful, and they have excellent recommendations for your stay.
We will definitely be back!

The rooms are charming.
Everything smells wonderful.
The breakfasts are generous and excellent.
The hotel is just steps from the beautiful beach.

27/08/2026: The chicken was raw. After we told the waitress, they just microwaved it. It was still raw. The waitress took the whole chicken away and didn't even ask why we hadn't eaten it. Shameful.

19/09/2026: At the Buffalo Grill in Carcassonne... a waiter named Zaki... attentive and energetic, he looks after his customers' well-being. The food was very good, but Zaki's excellent service truly made the difference. A rare gem for this establishment! We will definitely be back. Thank you... to him and the whole team! 👍

14/09/2026: They judge and let customers in based on appearance... yet I've been here several times. I just wanted to unwind, but the bouncers and bartenders gave no reason, except "we're not serving anymore," while other customers were going back and forth to the bar to get drinks. I tested it by giving my money to a stranger who was served directly to him. And then, beer in hand, they made me put it in a paper cup and told me to leave.
13/09/2026: A real gem in Narbonne!
It's become my favorite spot in town. From the outside, you wouldn't expect it to be so big: the interior is huge with several rooms, pool and darts areas, and lots of super cozy and intimate lounge areas.
The atmosphere is excellent and the music is great (special shout-out to us, the 90s/millennial generation, but all generations mingle and mingle there, it's really nice!). It's a bit quieter during the week and really lively on weekends, ideal for a great night out... until closing time!
A big thank you to the whole team and the bartenders who are always welcoming, friendly, and fantastic. Located in the heart of Narbonne, it's the perfect place to meet up. Definitely try it!

14/06/2026: A very bad experience. From the very first contact, the person I spoke to on the phone was particularly arrogant and condescending. You get the impression you're bothering them more than being a customer. They were very self-assured, but unfortunately, this wasn't reflected in the quality of service. I asked for hot sauce several times, and only one was provided. As for the pizza, it arrived uncut, which isn't very practical for a takeout order. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the manager's attitude. He seemed convinced he knew everything and showed little concern for his customers' needs. A little more respect, attentiveness, and humility wouldn't hurt. For me, this will be a first and a last visit.

29/06/2024: De passage, nous souhaitons déjeuner pour déguster le cassoulet de Castelnaudary. L objectif à été atteint car nous avons apprécié le CASSOULET avec sa salade, excellent. Un café gourmand pour clore le repas composé de 4 desserts différents également succulents.
Vous êtes servis sur une nappe blanche, serviette tissu, très apprécies et la bonne humeur et le professionnalisme des personnels ne font qu agrémenter votre repas.
Bonne maison.

16/06/2024: Une horreur, tables sales, repas froid et serveuse désagréable quand on lui demande des frites chaudes. Réponse à tout pour pas trop travailler. Payer à rigoler entre collègues et critiquer les clients.
Les toilettes n'en parlons pas, une infection.
