19/03/2026: Christopher, the waiter, provided good service, but as a waiter and sommelier, I'd like to suggest a simple suggestion: when a customer is eating, don't stop at the table, just walk by and glance over to see if they've finished, but don't wait in front of the table. Otherwise, thank you.

17/02/2026: I'm never disappointed by this chain, where it's always possible to eat very well at reasonable prices in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. For example, this lunchtime, for barely 10 euros, I enjoyed a complimentary small salad, two delicious crusty rolls, a rare mince with vegetables, and a frozen yogurt with carnival candy (candy inside) and whipped cream—much more and much better than American fast food! My only minor complaints: the music is too loud (I'm very sensitive to that, not to mention that American music isn't really my thing) and the restrooms are upstairs (what about accessibility?).
