23/05/2026: We absolutely loved it! We only spent one night at the Hôtel de la Plage, but that was enough to win us over.
The owners are exceptionally kind and welcoming. The hotel is immaculate, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and ideally located.
Thanks to the owner's invaluable advice, we also discovered an amazing restaurant nearby, which perfectly complemented our stay. We immediately felt at home in the warm and friendly atmosphere, to the point where we were sorry to have to leave so soon. This hotel may only have two stars, but for the welcome, the quality of the service, and the friendliness of its owners, it deserves far more! We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will gladly return.
21/05/2026: Great reopening, the service was impeccable and so kind! It was a real pleasure to be back at the beach hotel, not forgetting our predecessors Laurence and Jacques who gave us wonderful stays full of smiles 😃 😹 😅 and the welcome was just as wonderful, with great attention to comfort. And oh, my room 8!

17/07/2026: The place was quite clean, and the staff were very pleasant and friendly. I arrived towards the end of the shift, and there was some leftover food on the tray, so I asked for a small bag to take it away. Since it was closing time, the manager (who I assume was very kind and friendly) gave me several burgers, mini hot dogs, and corn on the cob.
17/07/2026: The worst KFC in France!
For €54, we didn't get a napkin, the chicken was tough and dry—it felt like it had been sitting out for three days before we were served—and no fork—it was truly awful.
We were stared at, I don't know why, maybe because we're Black, we don't know! But it was truly horrible and mean of them.
Avoid this place if you're ever in Narbonne.

14/06/2026: A very bad experience. From the very first contact, the person I spoke to on the phone was particularly arrogant and condescending. You get the impression you're bothering them more than being a customer. They were very self-assured, but unfortunately, this wasn't reflected in the quality of service. I asked for hot sauce several times, and only one was provided. As for the pizza, it arrived uncut, which isn't very practical for a takeout order. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the manager's attitude. He seemed convinced he knew everything and showed little concern for his customers' needs. A little more respect, attentiveness, and humility wouldn't hurt. For me, this will be a first and a last visit.
