17/05/2026: Very good, except when the (very nice) waiter made a mistake applying a discount, and the cashier at the exit informed us that the discount didn't apply to the dish we wanted and refused to do anything about it. He responded with nonchalance and arrogance… he clearly didn't care, and even had the nerve to reprimand the waiter in front of us. The poor man was embarrassed, even though it wasn't really his fault… and above all, it's unacceptable to reprimand an employee in front of customers (management rules need to be reviewed, sir). The least he could have done was offer a gesture of goodwill, but he clearly wasn't interested.

21/05/2026: The service was very slow...it was clear the waiter didn't want to work.

21/05/2026: Our server Benji was fantastic – very pleasant, smiling, quick, and efficient. Buffalo Grill in Narbonne has impeccable service; I highly recommend it! 🙏🏻
