First time I entered a KFC and I found DIRTY toilets which were also dirty. They haven't been made for a very long time, it's shameful, I was disgusted to have eaten in your establishment.

28/11/2024: Burger acceptable but the service is really minimal. It’s a real shame because it doesn’t make you want to go back.
07/10/2024: You can get really tasty burgers in France but not at Le Panier.
After travelling in the country for over a month and frequently eating burgers in many brasseries, the Le Chef burger I had at Le Panier was one of the worst!
Everything was greasy and tasteless. I asked for it to be "a point", but the meat was so overcooked as to be as thin as the plate! The bread was 90% of the burger! I was hopeful for the frites but they too were drenched in grease!
Too bad....Le Panier was in a rush to push out orders without the quality control.
Definitely not worth €22; go to a taco shop instead.
NOT recommended!

02/09/2024: Totem for order = dirty
No easel available, it turns out that they are not collected and therefore monopolize empty tables that we think are occupied.
Tables = dirty
50 minutes of waiting, many of us found ourselves at the checkout calling out to the overwhelmed staff BUT the wait was normal given the number of staff present. Trays which remained for many minutes on the counter where some people even “bite” into them while waiting.
Some people brought back their cold fries, then reserved them with cold ones which came back again...
Cold fries that I saw being put back in the fries dish!!! Do you want some fries, here they are, on the floor, near the drinks machine...
A Nutella ice cream ordered with wafer supplement (wafer absent, too bad, we're not close to that anymore)
My dissatisfaction goes towards the management of this restaurant, the staff gave, I think, the maximum given the number of unhappy customers.
Limited may be the drive or the room.
Quick closed at 8 p.m. the week before due to lack of staff
01/09/2024: There is a real management problem, understaffing, endless waiting (2-3 employees to manage a KFC alone, etc.). The ice machine that never works, half of the menu that is not available... KFC in total decline, I pity the employees...

23/01/2025: J'ai commandé ici plusieurs fois sur deliveroo et j'etais plutot satisfait des commandes.
Aujourd'hui je modifie mon avis pour ne laisser qu'une etoile,
J'ai commandé ce midi (22/02/2023). Je n'ai jamais été aussi malade et pourtant j'ai plutot resistant d'habitude. Je pense qu'on a tenté de m'empoisonner.
Je ne recommanderai plus jamais c'est une honte.
12/01/2025: Great homemade burgers. Very friendly staff who were able to serve us quickly to avoid us being late for a show.
Very family-friendly place where it is better to come very early or book.

15/12/2024: A small Burger restaurant (plate) everything is fresh and good. From fresh fries, a homemade coleslaw and a bread that seems to have come from the baker, a master and controlled beef cooking, a real favorite 😍 ❤️ 😍
15/12/2024: We live near this restaurant that we discovered two months ago and we have already gone there four times. I'm a big burger fan and we probably have the best burger restaurant around. The portions are generous, a good variety of choices, good products, delicious dishes and the service is fast.
I highly recommend!

04/08/2024: Be careful, they are dishonest: they announce that their burgers (already expensive) come with fries for €4. They also offer fries with a cheddar topping for €5. On the other hand, when you ask for the extra cheddar topping on the included fries, they add €5 to the bill. So I don’t know if they are bad at math or just dishonest but the customer experience takes a big hit. Add to that a terribly unpleasant waitress for a ruined dinner... I don't recommend this restaurant but luckily Saint Rémy offers much better options for a good burger and much cheaper by the way. To the wise
Following the restaurant's response: I invite you to reread my comment unless you know how to count or read. Your waitress wanted to charge us for a Lovers Bacon (€16 with fries included) for €21 because we asked her for the extra cheddar on the fries, which are supposed to accompany the burger... but the final price of the burger and fries should be 17€, including the cheddar supplement of 1€. So I see it as a dishonest technique to rip off your less careful customers. Your waitress even admitted that you had recurring problems on this subject even though she said she had been working there for 2 years. You are therefore well aware of this practice. And yes we found a cheaper burger and served by much nicer waiters than your waitress who, I repeat, was extremely unpleasant.
