06/12/2025: I'm leaving this review to congratulate Mathis, the waiter. He's very pleasant, keeps the dining room clean, and is always very kind to customers, even when it's busy. It's rare to see such dedicated young people these days. Well done to him! 💪🏻

23/01/2025: J'ai commandé ici plusieurs fois sur deliveroo et j'etais plutot satisfait des commandes. Aujourd'hui je modifie mon avis pour ne laisser qu'une etoile, J'ai commandé ce midi (22/02/2023). Je n'ai jamais été aussi malade et pourtant j'ai plutot resistant d'habitude. Je pense qu'on a tenté de m'empoisonner. Je ne recommanderai plus jamais c'est une honte.

12/01/2025: Great homemade burgers. Very friendly staff who were able to serve us quickly to avoid us being late for a show. Very family-friendly place where it is better to come very early or book.

28/01/2026: Very dirty, absolutely filthy. I wasn't wrong at all. My money's up, and what next? I promised my family I'd never set foot in there again. The griddles were filthy, and the burgers tasted like they were dirty.

26/01/2026: Great burgers and good fries, but the cups were wet, you had to ask for a napkin one by one, and worst of all, it wasn't heated—we had to eat with our coats on. A friend made the same comment to me in the middle of winter; it's really not normal.

10/01/2026: On January 10, 2026, I went to McDonald's. There was no one there, so I placed my order. A crowd arrived, and people left with their orders. After waiting 45 minutes to an hour, I felt I had been more than patient and went to see the manager to ask for an explanation. Without knowing anything, he told me they had a problem. After a while, I went back. The manager asked me what was in my order, even though he had the order slip I had given him. He just kept going in circles, and the manager didn't react at all. They remade the order, but I didn't have the energy to check because I had the children with me. When I got home, my order was a complete mess. Things were missing, and they had put in different hamburgers than what I had ordered. There were no reactions, no apologies, no gesture of goodwill; instead, they seemed relaxed. The manager was nonexistent and completely useless. If you don't go to them and ask why you haven't received your order, even though they're right in front of you giving orders to people who arrived after you, nothing seems amiss to them. I went into the Ma Do, there were no other customers, I had already paid, and people arrived much later. They called 4485, gave my order to someone else, and then told me that 4482 had already been dispatched, except that when they called 4482, they called 4485. I realized their mistake; they were still trying to figure it out. All they could do was blame the customer they gave my order to. Where's the manager in terms of problem-solving? They just pass the buck to the supervisor, who was completely lost. I'm sorry, but at some point, you have to react! In the past, I had to replace my manager and handle problems in my previous job, and they weren't hamburger problems, but dental issues! When you're supposedly a manager, you have a duty to react, take the initiative, and handle problems, not pretend to be overwhelmed and then realize that some customers have been waiting for over an hour, even though they saw us come in and wait while other customers arrived and left! There's already a problem there; you wake up and react! Action/reaction, you don't just stand there, daydreaming! No gesture of goodwill, no apologies, and an order that wasn't complete. Items were missing, the wrong hamburgers and desserts, and mistakes in the drinks order—some were missing! I expect a response, an explanation, and some kind of compensation! Paying for an incorrect, incomplete order, and waiting over an hour with children, and no reaction whatsoever! Bravo, unacceptable, inadmissible! A manager who's useless, except for pretending to work and being overwhelmed!

06/12/2025: McDonald's is abandoned. No cleanliness, unsanitary condition. Not recommended.

24/01/2026: I just left, as I live near 110 Rue de la République. The manager belittled me for a mistake in front of customers—inappropriate! Plus, I ordered double chicken and it was cold because, of course, it wasn't cooked! And the sauces I ordered were missing. Thanks, sarcasm.

22/01/2026: The manager, a bald guy with glasses, lets homeless people into the restaurant who beg for money from customers. There's no security guard, and he makes a comment about a dog leash, even though the dog stays at his side and doesn't move. McDonald's should really review its standards, and then they give you McDonald's meals with dog toys. Ungrateful wretches!

03/09/2024: Warm welcome. Cuisine and address to remember

03/09/2024: L'endroit est plutôt sympathique et l'accueil a été très agréable. La serveuse est aux petits soins avec toutes les tables dont elle s'occupe. L'attente a été raisonnable pour un diner aux alentours de 19h30. Les plats étaient plutôt bien servis et bon. surtout le Poulpe était parfaitement cuit, toutefois la sauce persillé servie avec laissait un petit goût de rance. Heureusement le poulpe n'avait pas été arrosé par celle-ci. Salade de chèvre chaud très bien servi et bonne. Le café gourmand était correct. La note moyenne est justifié par le fait d'avoir vu des rats circulés pendant notre diner entre le comptoir extérieur et les tables. Un grand ménage à la de la saison va être impératif. Ce fait laisse planer un doute sur l'hygiène générale de l'établissement.

02/09/2024: Totem for order = dirty No easel available, it turns out that they are not collected and therefore monopolize empty tables that we think are occupied. Tables = dirty 50 minutes of waiting, many of us found ourselves at the checkout calling out to the overwhelmed staff BUT the wait was normal given the number of staff present. Trays which remained for many minutes on the counter where some people even “bite” into them while waiting. Some people brought back their cold fries, then reserved them with cold ones which came back again... Cold fries that I saw being put back in the fries dish!!! Do you want some fries, here they are, on the floor, near the drinks machine... A Nutella ice cream ordered with wafer supplement (wafer absent, too bad, we're not close to that anymore) My dissatisfaction goes towards the management of this restaurant, the staff gave, I think, the maximum given the number of unhappy customers. Limited may be the drive or the room. Quick closed at 8 p.m. the week before due to lack of staff

01/09/2024: There is a real management problem, understaffing, endless waiting (2-3 employees to manage a KFC alone, etc.). The ice machine that never works, half of the menu that is not available... KFC in total decline, I pity the employees...
