24/07/2024: Second experience on a Monday evening (July 22 at 8:00 p.m.). A young woman alone took the orders and served the drinks and dishes, there were 4 of us with a unique dish each and planning, as usual, when we eat at the restaurant, the dessert, the coffee or even the digestive (spoiler alert, we will go and eat dessert elsewhere.). A young man behind the bar, to cash customers (very few want to pay, because everyone is waiting for their order.). We take our order around 8:00 p.m., the drinks arrive relatively quickly, thanks to the lady for that (fortunately we had chosen unlimited drinks, given the rest of the meal). After the departure of the neighboring table who could no longer stand waiting for their dessert, we will have to wait until 8:45/50 p.m. to have our 4 dishes. During our long wait, another young man from the kitchens (cap and kitchen outfit) appears at the bar and starts chatting with the man waiting for payments. Like the old movie, “is there a pilot on the plane” we have come to wonder “is there a cook in the kitchen”. Having more than 10 years of experience in catering, I understand the temptation to reduce staff on evenings at the start of the week like Mondays, which are very sparsely attended, but perhaps we should take care of the few of customers that we have, in order to try to keep them? Apart from that (and I think it's already quite good.) The dishes served are very good even if the dishes had to wait for a few minutes given the temperature when they were served to us. I will continue to come, because I like the dishes offered and the world of the restaurant, but all the same wondering if the competitors offering similar services are not worth the detour.

21/06/2024: Pour une première nous avons été agréablement surpris. Un accueil extrêmement chaleureux. Du personnel attentif attentionné. Un repas très bon simple basique mais qui fait mouche. Rien à redire tout est bon. Un cadre exceptionnel dans les 50's américaines . On y reviendra c'est certains. Merci au personnel pour cet accueil incroyable

04/05/2024: Première fois pour moi aujourd'hui et que dire à part que c'était parfait. Le service a été très rapide ce qui nous arrangeait (en soit il faut assez vite choisir son plat mais nous avions déjà choisis) et les plats sont vraiment bon (2 burgers et un burrito servis avec du riz). Merci beaucoup

19/09/2024: On 09/19/2024, around 8:30 p.m., I came to buy a sandwich with my partner here. We are greeted by a new employee, who immediately states that she is in training. So far, everything is going well. Then, the preparation of the sandwich begins, but when the time comes to choose the vegetables, a young man, visibly in a bad mood, approaches and addresses my companion, saying in an unpleasant tone: "VEGETABLES?? ?" Embarrassed, she looks at me. I then ask him to add a little sauce, but he doesn't listen to me and adds an excessive amount. I said to him: “Do you listen to me when I speak to you?” He responds to me in a dry tone: “BAH I WORDED WHAT YOU SAID”. I pointed out to him that no, I had asked for little sauce. At this point, he raises his voice even more and says to me: “I KNOW MY JOB ANYWAY.” I calmly remind him that he is at his workplace and that he should calm down, to which he responds: “YOU CALM DOWN, BROTHER”. He then throws the sandwich towards the cash register. I refuse to take it and ask his colleague to make the sandwich again for me. Finally, I decide to leave, because the employee in question is not calming down at all. It was really a crazy situation: a moody teenager who attacks customers and calls them "brother". I strongly advise you not to go to this establishment. According to relatives, they have already had problems with this young man and that had also gone badly. he had to start the sandwitch twice because in fact he doesn't listen to anything. A little advice for this young man, if he comes across this message: you should moderate your words and your attitude in your workplace. You could come across clients who are less temperate than me when faced with this kind of situation. A word to the wise, even if I doubt that this message will have any impact, given the behavior these employees allow themselves.
