04/04/2024: 4 UNDESERVED STARS My friends and I wanted to eat without any hassle in a little restaurant, we chose this place rated 4 stars on Google with complete confidence unfortunately we had a few surprises during our meal... To begin with, when choosing the table, we were very poorly received, it must be said, we were treated to: “AH, there are 8 of you, ohh, that’s all there is” Okay, okay, the welcome wasn't great but if that was all there was to it... After a somewhat long table setting, we received the menus, we had the impression of speaking another language to the waitress, she only knew the "classic" dishes on the menu. It was impossible to know the details about a sauce or something else, she didn't know and didn't go to the kitchen to ask, ok... And then it was time to choose our dishes, they took us 20 minutes, 20 minutes because the waitress did not take orders correctly, 20 minutes where we repeated our dishes at least 5 times one after the other. We understood that the tool for taking the order was not easy to use but it became very embarrassing for us, because the waitress took it as a joke... Once or twice yes but making fun of it when taking into account the dishes is not acceptable. A little too comfortable or too friendly. Anyway.. Let's move on to a wait which was in our opinion exaggerated to receive the dishes because we waited 40/50 minutes to receive 8 burgers.... To clarify, it was 9 p.m. and there were only 3 tables, including one for desserts for the restaurant... But we quickly understood that it was a party in the kitchen, people were singing, people were shouting. They make us dinner or karaoke.... For the rest, The plates were finally placed in front of us, the waitresses took the liberty of reminding us that the restaurant had to close at 11:30 p.m. and that it might be good if we speed up a little. And it didn't just happen once.... The looks with taps on the wrists (or the watch) to say that the clock is ticking, etc... Etc.. Once again, very inappropriate gestures for this type of establishment... We didn't even bother ordering desserts we left and put an end to this hell. Don't trust Google reviews, we haven't had a piece of these experiences. There must be a problem. Thank you for taking the time to read about our bad experience, I hope it doesn't make you choose this restaurant, if we can call this kind of place that...

24/05/2024: Manager irrespectueuse envers les clients. Condescendante . N' accepte pas ses erreurs et accuse le client d'être irrespectueux, envers elle . Bon courage a l'équipe, car ce métier n'est pas facile mais avec une manager pareil il faut en avoir du courage !!!

19/05/2024: Arrivés à 18h45, pas beaucoup de monde, on comprend pourquoi : restaurant très sale. Poubelles pleines avec déchets par terre (serviettes, boissons), les tables ne sont pas nettoyées, les toilettes sont sales également, le ménage n'avait pas dû être fait depuis longtemps, pourtant on a l'impression que les employés ne sont pas débordés. Les employés ont 2 de tension, complètement mous !

27/03/2024: I went there one evening and there was a manager named “Sarah” who was very unpleasant and stingy about doses, she needs to reconsider her kindness, to avoid.

10/05/2024: Le personnel est sympathique mais toute la nourriture était décongelée et donc sans aucun goût. Au prix de chaque plat, ce manque de qualité et d'absence de nourriture cuisinée sur place est regrettable.

25/04/2024: De passage dans la région pour un court séjour, nous allons dans ce restaurant en connaissant la chaine Un bus double étage donc 80 personnes viennent d'arriver donc je comprends une part des désagréments mais le restaurant n(est pas plein, loin de la... Le serveur est très sympa mais est débordé, se mélange Ma femme commande un hamburger qui arrive froid (type sorti du frigo) , je demande de la sauce roquefort qui deviens de la sauce au poivre, ma fille demande de la mayonnaise qui deviens de la sauce barbecue... En dessert, je commande de l’ananas avec coulis de framboise et menthe mais la menthe a disparu... Ma fille demande une tisane qui deviens un thé, fruit rouge mais finalement noir... Donc en bilan, une équipe très sympa, serveurs et caisse, mais très vite débordé et pas forcément pro sur les retours de commandes Les plats étaient bons

02/04/2024: Super nice fast food restaurant, there are always workshops for children, animal-shaped balloons etc. The staff is always friendly. THE only downside, it's cold from time to time, I don't know if it's the air conditioning or the budgetary restrictions. Otherwise, it's very good.

01/04/2024: The tables, seats, floors are disgusting. The staff some unpleasant. 2 times double big tasty they serve us a single !!!!!!!

04/04/2024: Passage on April 4 at 9 p.m. A smiling and adorable team (two young women in prep school and the top manager). It's nice to see a McDonald's with nice people. Courage because we know that your jobs are not that simple 😉

24/05/2024: The burgers have been on the tray being prepared for more than 6 minutes 30 (time started after 1 minute) the last box of dips arrives and then we are called the order is ready…. I tell the waitress my dissatisfaction by telling her it's going to be cold... His answer: the dips had to cook 🙄. I thought I was going to get yelled at too… by raising my voice a little I get a dsl from the tip of his lips…. Crazy... and in fact cold burgers and fries... deplorable organization everyone takes care of all the orders and nothing at the same time

24/05/2024: Fast, clean but the prices a little excessive but average I understand, the burgers arrived very hot it's nice don't hesitate to add even more sauce (you are known to be very generous with sauce ;) and as usual the giant never disappoints.
