Unpleasant comments toward customers...
We waited 40 minutes for our food, only to be told: "There's no more left..." with no sympathetic apology! Just saying "Don't cry, it's nonsense." What a disgrace...
I don't blame the young waitress who's starting out, and I wish her a lot of courage in working with this kind of person.....hello, the training provided.....
I reiterate my dissatisfaction at the checkout. We still paid €100 for two, and no one was any wiser. They told me there was another Buffalo Grill in the area and that next time I'd have to go there...no further comment.....

20/02/2026: I regularly use the Click & Collect service at the McDonald's in Lisieux, but the wait times for my order are often long.
Furthermore, sometimes items are missing or the order doesn't match what I ordered. A little tip: double-check your bag before leaving!
18/02/2026: Evening experience: After placing an order with this McDonald's at 9:45 PM (which constantly forgets and mixes up items), even though they're supposed to close at 10:30 PM, my delivery driver tells me at 10:40 PM that McDonald's won't be fulfilling my order because "they closed the kitchen early." Go to Burger King, it's better... and cheaper!!

10/02/2026: Delicious McDonald's every time we get takeout, and the service is always pleasant.
08/02/2026: Outrageous price increases with smaller portions! It's a scandal! Luckily, the McDonald's staff, apart from the managers, aren't to blame!
Avoid McDonald's and go to Burger King; the prices are much more reasonable and the burgers are much bigger!

The Mac Smart is €5 here, and €6.50 at the one next door.

25/01/2026: The service is welcoming and quick. The decor is cool. I really appreciated that there was no music because the room is large and the ambient noise was sufficient. Good burger, special mention to the gourmet coffee

21/06/2024: Pour une première nous avons été agréablement surpris. Un accueil extrêmement chaleureux. Du personnel attentif attentionné.
Un repas très bon simple basique mais qui fait mouche. Rien à redire tout est bon. Un cadre exceptionnel dans les 50's américaines .
On y reviendra c'est certains.

04/05/2024: Première fois pour moi aujourd'hui et que dire à part que c'était parfait. Le service a été très rapide ce qui nous arrangeait (en soit il faut assez vite choisir son plat mais nous avions déjà choisis) et les plats sont vraiment bon (2 burgers et un burrito servis avec du riz). Merci beaucoup
