30/06/2026: So, for years we've been complaining about the coldness of the fries, it's always a bit of a letdown, but in Lisieux, what a pleasant surprise! It had been a long time since I'd eaten such crispy, hot, and melt-in-your-mouth fries, and a hot sandwich at McDonald's! The staff were friendly and polite, and well, I'm delighted. I'd rather drive further and go back for sure!!! I highly recommend it!

30/06/2026: The staff were unpleasant and condescending, giving us dirty looks. They talked to colleagues while staring at us and then made head movements. They weren't happy we were there and made that clear. Every customer should be treated the same. We felt uncomfortable and lost all interest in staying, so we left and definitely won't be back.

27/06/2026: Undercooked fries, cold and dry sandwich with almost no sauce, terrible service, they're not friendly at all, the tables are dirty and they don't even clean them, plus there are people smoking in the middle of people eating and the staff doesn't say a word, never again, avoid at all costs! I usually go to the Quick in Mondeville, it's nothing like this, top-notch service, cleanliness and very good sandwiches

10/07/2026: Hello, I've already left a very positive review because the team is always excellent, and today I was very surprised, even shocked, by the behavior of a manager this evening towards her colleague. I understand it was a busy time, but the tone used and the very repressive management style are the kind of attitudes that lead to burnout. He served me, and did so very well, with a genuine desire to do a good job. The desire to break up was quite obvious, and in front of everyone. Despite the woman's kindness towards the customers, I can't help but mention this because the young man clearly seemed to be doing what he could, and doing it very well. Thank you for being attentive to him.

30/06/2026: The service and welcome were fine, but the quality of the food was lacking. I ordered a Sub 30, and the raw vegetables inside had no flavor or freshness. I couldn't taste the vegetables at all, even though there were a lot in my sandwich. It felt like I was eating a tasteless lump of food. The parmesan bread didn't taste like parmesan. And my cookie had a strange aftertaste, in addition to being tiny and flat. Honestly, you might as well make your own sandwich at home. Even the worst ingredients you could find (albeit fresh) at a regular store would make a better sandwich than Subway.
