29/06/2026: It's not even 8 pm this Sunday evening... several items from our order are no longer available! (baked apples, green beans, caramel sauce...) We could have understood half an hour before closing, but right at the start of dinner?

29/05/2026: We had a lovely time with Kevin, the waiter, who was very funny and friendly. The security cameras were working, which was acceptable (too many commas – "you need to add more commas").
It was a very enjoyable experience, and the magician was fantastic. Kylian got his little bunnies and his big rabbit, and he was obviously thrilled!
He made baby bunnies out of fake rabbits. I highly recommend it.

28/05/2026: We went to the drive-thru to eat at home, and to our surprise, we didn't get the fries.
I understand that this can happen, however, when we called to report it, the response was: "You'll have to come back later today or another day to get the fries; no refund."
I want to thank this woman for her professionalism; I was really craving fries for my afternoon snack...

30/06/2026: So, for years we've been complaining about the coldness of the fries, it's always a bit of a letdown, but in Lisieux, what a pleasant surprise! It had been a long time since I'd eaten such crispy, hot, and melt-in-your-mouth fries, and a hot sandwich at McDonald's! The staff were friendly and polite, and well, I'm delighted. I'd rather drive further and go back for sure!!! I highly recommend it!

22/05/2026: The sandwich was good and generously filled, plus they gave us a broken cookie in addition to ours! Very friendly service. It's a shame they were out of oat and honey bread; they often run out in the evenings. They still had Italian and Parmesan oregano breads, but they gave us great advice on the breads and meats!
We had a great meal tonight, thanks to the team! 😁😁

23/03/2026: We were very disappointed; there was a long wait for our order. We ordered a tapas mix to go with our aperitif, but the drinks arrived well before the tapas. The burgers took a long time to arrive and were cold, as were the fries. I think it's expensive for what you get! I don't recommend it.
20/03/2026: The Nashville tenders are the best I've ever had, the service is top-notch, friendly, and offers great advice! It's just a real shame that the chain decided to raise prices while reducing portion sizes and removing some best-sellers from the menu (the portions are still more than reasonable, but raising the price on top of that...).

21/06/2026: Not very cool, I ordered the FIFA meal deal to go, and there was no cup in the bag, which is a shame as I don't live nearby.
12/06/2026: Worst McDonald's experience ever. I placed a home delivery order, and I received someone else's order! If there had been any similarities between my order and the other person's, I could have overlooked it… but the orders were COMPLETELY different. It's deplorable and a real shame.
Then, when I went back to the restaurant to ask them to remake my order correctly, the staff simply refused and left without even saying goodbye. And don't even get me started on the hygiene inside… I'm so glad I didn't end up eating burgers from that restaurant…

21/06/2024: Pour une première nous avons été agréablement surpris. Un accueil extrêmement chaleureux. Du personnel attentif attentionné.
Un repas très bon simple basique mais qui fait mouche. Rien à redire tout est bon. Un cadre exceptionnel dans les 50's américaines .
On y reviendra c'est certains.

04/05/2024: Première fois pour moi aujourd'hui et que dire à part que c'était parfait. Le service a été très rapide ce qui nous arrangeait (en soit il faut assez vite choisir son plat mais nous avions déjà choisis) et les plats sont vraiment bon (2 burgers et un burrito servis avec du riz). Merci beaucoup
