30/07/2026: I am writing to leave a negative review following my visit on Wednesday, July 29th at 7:30 PM. It's not the first time, but I don't think it's acceptable that there are so many products out of stock each time. This can happen at closing time, but at the time I was there, I don't really agree.
Furthermore, the welcome was really unfriendly, bordering on disrespectful... I was told that the stock shortages weren't my problem and that I should just go to the restaurant on the banks of the Orne River, but in the end, I went to McDonald's... I decided to call the restaurant on Thursday at lunchtime to ask if they still had wraps, and they hung up on me twice...
I sincerely think they need to change how they treat their customers and make sure there are fewer stock shortages.
I don't want to end on a disappointing note, so I will return hoping for an improvement.

26/07/2026: I recently ordered three cookies to take away. Upon my return, I unfortunately discovered that the cookies had been partially eaten, which could suggest the presence of rodents in your establishment. This discovery leads me to refrain from patronizing your establishment again, as I fear health risks.

30/08/2026: For several months now, the drinks have been completely flat. It's unacceptable that the problem still hasn't been fixed.
The problem is reported every time, and nothing is done.

17/08/2026: The service was terrible. It took forever because there was no one there. We ordered two Spiderman meals, but we only received one, so I politely went to the counter to get the missing figure. The person I spoke to insisted that we only ordered one Spiderman meal. Well, no, I know perfectly well what I ordered. And what I read on my receipt. On top of that, we also had a Happy Meal, but we didn't get the toy. We still pay for the toy, even if it's just a few cents.
I had asked for a beach towel with my points, which I didn't get because they were out of stock. That's one thing, but then they just took my points away since I don't have a towel?

30/08/2026: I left extremely disappointed. My desserts were served more than 15-20 minutes before my burgers. Once the burger had melted, I went to see the manager, who categorically refused to replace it, even though it was their fault in the way they organized the service. I see that several other people are complaining about the same problem. It would be best to reprimand the manager and make him understand that frozen desserts melt last.
30/08/2026: The click & collect service was appalling! I waited over an hour in the parking lot for an order I'd already placed. The order had to be taken back by an employee because it had disappeared! After waiting for over an hour and the young employee coming back three times to retrieve it, I finally received my order, but when I got home, I realized a sandwich worth €6.40 was missing! And no sandwich as compensation!
This is unacceptable! No gesture of goodwill, wasted money, and the restaurant is impossible to reach by phone!
For a major chain like McDonald's, with prices that have been steadily increasing in recent years, they really need to rethink their approach. No excuse is acceptable, whether it's a weekday or the weekend. Fast food should remain a fast service.

21/06/2024: Pour une première nous avons été agréablement surpris. Un accueil extrêmement chaleureux. Du personnel attentif attentionné.
Un repas très bon simple basique mais qui fait mouche. Rien à redire tout est bon. Un cadre exceptionnel dans les 50's américaines .
On y reviendra c'est certains.

04/05/2024: Première fois pour moi aujourd'hui et que dire à part que c'était parfait. Le service a été très rapide ce qui nous arrangeait (en soit il faut assez vite choisir son plat mais nous avions déjà choisis) et les plats sont vraiment bon (2 burgers et un burrito servis avec du riz). Merci beaucoup
