05/09/2026: With its flashy setting that will surely make many people dream, this is undoubtedly one of the most original franchised restaurants ever created, with its vintage and glam 50s-style interior... However, the dream ends very quickly, as the customer service is less than average: in fact, the girl who answers the phone is completely deaf and visibly frustrated. Therefore, it's difficult to make a reservation.
For fans of BACK TO THE FUTURE, the various cocktails and ice creams are rather basic and only slightly above the average. I can't say the same for my frozen hot dog with a stale bun, which cost €15! That was very disappointing.
For a final rating, I'm waiting to try their burgers. See you soon, 🍔(^_-),

I came for lunch today…
I ordered a ribeye steak, but the meat was very average, or perhaps the knife wasn't cutting well!
At the time of payment, being a regular customer of your chain, I received a 10% discount for my third visit.
I told Natacha, before she processed the bill, that I wanted to take advantage of this discount.
When I presented my card, she told me it wasn't working, showing me the screen. I asked her how to proceed, and she replied that it wasn't her problem and that the card should be presented at the table, not at the counter.
I paid my bill without the discount, but I think I'll choose another restaurant next time I'm in Vernon.

23/08/2026: We just ordered McDonald's takeout. As usual, I checked to make sure all the items were there, and they were. But I didn't think to check if the fries were full! A large fry less than half full?
