When the new owners took over the business in 2024, we rushed to order. However, we were very disappointed; the portion of fries was small (the packaging was completely flat). The burger was just like the previous ones. So, a disappointing experience.
Months passed, and we decided to give them another chance. The burgers were good (although the green peppercorn sauce wasn't quite there in the Beatles burger), and this time the portion of fries was decent.
The garlic sauce that comes with the fries doesn't have a very strong garlic flavor and is more like mayonnaise, so I recommend the tartar sauce instead.
Review May 2024. The very first time, we were won over by the excellence of the burgers and fries: perfectly soft brioche bun, excellent beef, delicate sauce… The burgers were indulgent but well-balanced, and the homemade fries were to die for (we even dreamed of a bottomless cone!). Unfortunately, the initial success didn't pay off. On two other occasions, we ordered burgers and fries, and it's clear that the taste was no longer there: bland burgers, meat cooked to perfection (well-done instead of rare), fries too dark, and, most importantly, quickly reheated in a bath of oil. This lack of consistency is a major disappointment (hence the 3/5 rating).

15/12/2024: Excellent burger and also excellent home fries. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻We go there regularly and are never disappointed. The welcome is warm and attentive. The only slight downside for me is the mayonnaise which is in a stick. A homemade mayonnaise would be a real plus.😉

It's a shame, there's not enough professionalism.
Furthermore, when we're called in to pay, we feel like we're bothering you and yawn in front of you—great customer service!

04/12/2025: For the past four months, I haven't been to this restaurant. Despite their numerous automated responses like "We're not up to scratch," it's clear these messages are generated by automated systems and not by any real human oversight. There's been no improvement whatsoever, as it seems their primary objective isn't customer satisfaction, but rather increasing profits for shareholders.
Following our complaints about a 20% price increase in June, they've implemented another 3% price hike on their burgers, all while maintaining increasingly poor service.
I therefore recommend everyone boycott this McDonald's to send them a clear message.

03/12/2025: I came this Wednesday at 6:40 PM. There were very few customers (so not during rush hour). I ordered a Happy Meal which included fries, a game, and a hamburger, but it ended up without a patty, so it was empty… I can understand that during rush hour, but the fact that the McDonald's was practically empty is unacceptable. Check things before sending them out.

A real improvement in the portion size of fries, which had been disappointing in recent years.
The waitress was attentive and provided excellent service. A great place for family meals, even with young children.

2 steps from the cinema and parking spaces.

12/08/2024: Very disappointed! The sandwiches are excellent and the service is disappointing! It was the first time we ate here, yes indeed not everyone knows Subway, the waitresses are not at all smiling or welcoming! We order a kids menu for €4 and end up paying €8 because it doesn't warn us that if we choose another cheese it no longer counts as a kids menu. This evening's rude waiter shouted at my wife during her order and her friend who laughed afterwards. Oh and we were more than respectful! More than smiling! It really pissed them off that we ate there. The sandwiches are good but some servers are disgusting, oh and 9:40 p.m. that tells us we can no longer eat there even though it closes at 10:30 p.m.! All this because we were recommended 3 times in a row, normal we wanted to taste first. Anyway, I plan to go back and treat them like they treated us!

10/09/2023: A somewhat rude welcome as if the person who takes care of the place fell by chance into the world of books. We're not asking for extraordinary finesse in answering two or three little questions, but it seems like it's disturbing. The bookstore is however well placed and it makes you want to stop there for a moment or even have a coffee in the sun when it is there.
