15/09/2026: Disastrous. At every drive-thru I've used, something's been missing from every order. Today it was the fries from the meals, last time the toy in the Happy Meal, and the time before that, sparkling water instead of Sprite. Honestly, change the staff and review their training. Gas isn't free, and I have better things to do than keep coming back for things I've already paid for.

15/09/2026: I'm disappointed. Almost every time we come, something is missing. When we order ice cream with the chocolate/caramel topping, there isn't any in our ice cream even though we pay extra for the extra. When we order drinks, sometimes there's not enough or there isn't even half the cup. My boyfriend and I don't even want to come anymore, especially since one of your employees is currently looking me up and down and laughing to himself. Frankly, it's not great. It's a shame because we used to come here regularly. It was better a while ago, but now it's getting worse and worse, and if it continues, we were planning to eat at the Burger King next door.

30/10/2025: Excellent meal with flavorful meat. A real improvement in the portion size of fries, which had been disappointing in recent years. The waitress was attentive and provided excellent service. A great place for family meals, even with young children. Signed: A family loyal to Buffalo Grill for 28 years.

26/08/2026: I was one of the restaurant's first customers when I was still a student. Over the years, I feel everything has declined: the quality of the burgers, the service, etc. It's a shame because it's a place I really enjoyed.

21/08/2026: Really good burger spot for family lunch or supper. I highly recommend the teriyaki sake salmon burger, just delicious. No disappointment here, delicious burgers.

08/09/2026: Incredible experience! Alex and Lucie are superb and professional. Impeccable service. Having never been to a Subway before, I didn't realize there were different types of bread, but they were able to guide me. The Italian bread is amazing. Lucie even rushed to clean the previous customer's table before I sat down—a lovely touch.

01/09/2026: 1 star because I can't give 0. I placed an order, received it, everything was fine up to that point, except that when I opened the bag, I realized that NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, matched my order. So what do I do? I call McDonald's, and the only thing they can tell me is, "YES, IT'S PROBABLY OUR FAULT, BUT THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO." I advise everyone to avoid this restaurant because whether it's the employees or the managers, they are all incompetent.
