05/12/2025: New review November 2025. When the new owners took over the business in 2024, we rushed to order. However, we were very disappointed; the portion of fries was small (the packaging was completely flat). The burger was just like the previous ones. So, a disappointing experience. Months passed, and we decided to give them another chance. The burgers were good (although the green peppercorn sauce wasn't quite there in the Beatles burger), and this time the portion of fries was decent. The garlic sauce that comes with the fries doesn't have a very strong garlic flavor and is more like mayonnaise, so I recommend the tartar sauce instead. Review May 2024. The very first time, we were won over by the excellence of the burgers and fries: perfectly soft brioche bun, excellent beef, delicate sauce… The burgers were indulgent but well-balanced, and the homemade fries were to die for (we even dreamed of a bottomless cone!). Unfortunately, the initial success didn't pay off. On two other occasions, we ordered burgers and fries, and it's clear that the taste was no longer there: bland burgers, meat cooked to perfection (well-done instead of rare), fries too dark, and, most importantly, quickly reheated in a bath of oil. This lack of consistency is a major disappointment (hence the 3/5 rating).

15/01/2026: Visited on Thursday the 15th around 11:45 am. The gentleman in the gray vest, the lady at the counter, and the young man taking orders were all very professional and efficient, no complaints whatsoever, kudos to them. However, I saw an employee wearing a helmet touch his nose and continue serving without washing his hands. Another employee entered the kitchen around noon with a can of Red Bull brought from outside and without a hairnet, and yet another person also entered the kitchen without a hairnet. The language used at the counter was also inappropriate; some people seem to forget that customers can hear everything. The hygiene and professionalism issues are obvious, and honestly, I will never come back here. Also, they forgot the cheese in my sandwich, and the caramel ice cream was overflowing everywhere—in short, disgusting.

08/03/2026: Excellent experience at Marcelle & Morris! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile by a warm and attentive team. The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere and a truly pleasant setting, ideal for spending quality time with friends or family. The dishes are simply delicious: high-quality ingredients and generous portions. Everything is prepared with care, and it shows in every bite. The service is quick and professional, yet relaxed. You can tell the team is dedicated to making their customers happy. The price is also very reasonable for the quality offered. An address I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will gladly return!

08/03/2026: We had a pleasant evening there; the meal was good, as was the atmosphere.

26/02/2026: It's a good place; I go there often. But this time, something didn't go as planned. Our group of three ordered burgers, and apparently, the staff didn't mix the ground beef properly: the hot spices were lumpy in the patty. As a result, the burger was sometimes very spicy, and sometimes completely bland. For all three of us. We pointed it out to the woman at the register, but she didn't do anything about it.

23/02/2026: The food and cleanliness are spotless, but please turn the music down, it's awful, we have to ask every time.

08/03/2026: Back after a long absence, through my own fault. My mother, my 16-year-old son, and I were won over again. We tried some appetizers and were blown away by the pickle roll. My Caprice des Dieux burger was fabulous; my mother and son even tasted my breaded cheese. As usual, there was no room for dessert. But my sister loved their Oreo milkshake. Can't wait to come back. Thank you for everything, Dave, and for your incredible kindness at all times.

08/02/2026: The burger was very good, a sure thing. The waiter was cool, that was fine. However, the owners are the epitome of stoicism. As always, it's difficult to get a hello or goodbye from them.
