21/03/2026: We ordered two vegetarian burgers, neither of which contained patties. So it was more like a sandwich. When we asked if there were any patties, they just repeated what was already in the burger. Perhaps that was due to the language barrier. It's probably a tasty sandwich, but without a patty, it's not a burger.
21/03/2026: The veggie burger was simply served without a patty. Very questionable. Not recommended for vegetarians. Very disrespectful...

10/03/2026: No waiting at all, even though we had a large stroller. The waiter was fantastic, we had a great time. They even kindly heated up the baby food for us. A dynamic and friendly team, thank you for this wonderful evening!

29/03/2026: Jack's Burgers in Capbreton tries to be local with its decor and atmosphere, but nothing is fresh; everything is frozen.
It's no better than McDonald's or Burger King!
It's definitely not a French burger!
Maybe that's not the concept, and I'm the one who made a mistake...
If you're looking for a French burger, look elsewhere.
Otherwise, the staff and atmosphere are friendly!

05/04/2026: Outrageous! After paying for a family meal at McDonald's in Tarnos, my daughter spilled her drink in front of the servers. I asked for it to be replaced, but the manager refused. She told me I had to pay another €3.50, even though I had just paid €30. In the 35 years I've been a customer, I've always seen minor accidents like this with a tray, and they always kindly replaced the drink. But the new manager is very unpleasant and cold, especially around children. She's unbearable. Avoid this place! Many people no longer go to McDonald's because of this woman. What a shame!

17/01/2026: Excellent meat, very good food, warm welcome and service. The roadside terrace atmosphere was average, but the restaurant can't really do much about that. The Orangina was six months past its expiration date, with a few remnants floating in the air.
28/12/2025: Issue 1: The woman who served us wasn't very friendly.
Issue 2: €10 for 6 frozen nuggets and 3 cold fries (not great, right?).
Issue 3: I'm still looking for the mozzarella in all the pizzas (Emmental = mozzarella?).
Issue 4: The dough is more like plaster than actual pizza dough (Picard brand?).
Issue 5: Too expensive for this mediocre quality.

09/09/2024: We came to eat at 3pm on Saturday September 7th. We ate well, but when we arrived at 11:30 p.m., we were the only table still in the restaurant. The staff turned off the lights in the middle of dessert, letting us know it was time to leave. When they got to the cash register, they had no change to put back on the tickets. I don't recommend.

11/11/2024: Très bon burger donc bonne note par gentillesse mais attention, expérience gâchée par un fâcheux détail, vraiment dommage car le reste est top… nous sommes venus cet été en famille & même après remarque, le burger était coupé en deux. On y retrouve donc inévitablement des bouts de papier avec… miam miam. Quelle idée de couper à travers le papier! DEMANDER au préalable la préférence au client lors de la commande? Merci 🙏
30/08/2024: Nous avons apprécié la prise en compte de nos enfants dans l'installation à la table mais avons trouvé le temps de service et la qualité du burger moyens.
