08/05/2026: Really good experience. Burgers are yummy: bread is cloudy, beef like fried chicken are nice too.
Since few weeks, they removed the little salad which was a plue value when you eat fries.
A good place to eat a nice burger !!

24/05/2026: This Burger King has gone downhill and is quite sad for a city center location. The place is cramped, the tables are covered in leftover food, the floors are dirty and poorly maintained, and the trash cans are overflowing; finding a halfway decent table is a miracle… And I wasn't even there during peak hours, so there were only a few customers. And while I was there, no one bothered to clean the tables, floors, or trash cans. As for the table service, not a single greeting, the tray was practically thrown at the table. I ordered a coffee with churros, so half the coffee spilled on the tray. And not a word of apology. I don't want to make a scene, but I certainly won't be coming back. And given the poor quality of the food, that's probably for the best.

Besides being inexpensive and right in the city center, it's really great! I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy a delicious meal there!

07/06/2026: Once again, your cooks excel at making sandwiches, even though they only have three ingredients!
On the other hand, the handling of the potatoes still seems to be a matter of contemporary art. The box was tossed into the bag with a display of boundless creativity and a sense of presentation that leaves one wondering.
There must have been some training on the proper technique, because I've noticed an improvement: last time, the box was upside down. This time, it was simply thrown into the bag!
Please pass on my encouragement to the team. With any luck, the next step in their training will be learning that a box of potatoes can also travel upright.

04/06/2026: The hotel is completely run-down and located in a noisy area next to an industrial park. The photos are misleading and border on fraudulent. Therefore, I cannot understand the other positive reviews. Even though we could no longer cancel, we left immediately and found somewhere else.

The air conditioning didn't work, and it was 30°C outside.
No espresso at breakfast!
And not even a discount on the bill!
There were 10 of us…
Quite noisy due to the proximity to the road.

19/09/2024: Surely a manager at the checkout who yells at all her colleagues, it really can't be pleasant to work with her, especially if they're students, otherwise the service is 90% impeccable and cleanliness is always there.

19/09/2024: Nous avions réservé malheureusement nous avons eu une minute de retard, mais nous avions prévenu et nous nous sommes fait refouler pour une minute de retard !!!!
14/07/2024: Sur le repas rien à redire. Nous avons un bichon maltais de 7 ans que nous emmenons partout, nous avons déjà fait de multiples restaurant que ce soit à Nancy ou autre part en France et à l'étranger et n'avons jamais eu de problèmes ou de remarques, au K même pas le droit de garder mon chien de 4kg sur mes genoux pendant l'apéritif ! La petite dame nous a dit de suite en arrivant sur un ton pas très sympa les chiens c'est par terre ! Et le serveur est revenu à la charge 5min après ! Bref si vous ne voulez pas de chien dans votre restaurant affiché le à l'extérieur ce sera bien moins stressant pour tout le monde !!!!!

Mixed overall, overcooked steaks and fries.
Overall decent food.
Neat decoration, fast service.

27/06/2025: The burgers are fantastic. Tasty, real bread, real steaks, crispy chicken, real chicken fillets. Homemade, in other words. The toppings are well presented, with a real effort to create original and seasonal recipes. And what's more, the welcome is very friendly.
