24/05/2026: This Burger King has gone downhill and is quite sad for a city center location. The place is cramped, the tables are covered in leftover food, the floors are dirty and poorly maintained, and the trash cans are overflowing; finding a halfway decent table is a miracle… And I wasn't even there during peak hours, so there were only a few customers. And while I was there, no one bothered to clean the tables, floors, or trash cans. As for the table service, not a single greeting, the tray was practically thrown at the table. I ordered a coffee with churros, so half the coffee spilled on the tray. And not a word of apology. I don't want to make a scene, but I certainly won't be coming back. And given the poor quality of the food, that's probably for the best.
23/05/2026: This burger joint is the best in my city (Nancy).
Besides being inexpensive and right in the city center, it's really great! I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy a delicious meal there!

40 guests. From the very beginning, a year ago, Marie was able to create a menu perfectly suited to the atmosphere I envisioned.
A year later, it's delicious, beautiful, colorful, and varied.
The guests were truly delighted with the menu, which was also refreshing in these temperatures.

We came as a family on September 26th at 12:30 PM; there were seven of us adults.
We were served at 2:00 PM. The dishes were cold, and I personally received mine 15 minutes after everyone else, and it wasn't cooked properly.
In the end, we didn't have dessert; it was already almost 4:00 PM.
Very disappointed with the quality and the wait.
A few days earlier, we had watched the show "Undercover Boss" where the manager asked for explanations of the new features at Buffalo Grill. It turns out that the Buffalo Grill in Nancy had recently been renovated, but no one explained the regional specials displayed at the end of the table.
Far from the quality and customer service described in the show.
What a shame...

03/09/2026: The restaurant was a bit small, but really nice. The staff were friendly.
02/09/2026: I arrived at the drive-thru at 10:35 PM, but no one answered. I waited 10 minutes for nothing because no one was there. I parked inside to order takeout. Once home, it was a disaster: the fries were horrible and cold. I ordered a double Whopper, which only had one patty inside, and a chicken Louisiana that was clearly microwaved and awful—the bun was rock hard, the lettuce inside was inedible, and the cheeseburger was cold with the sauce spilled outside the burger in the packaging.
I am very disappointed.

18/10/2026: They don't open at 9:00, it's 9:25 and they still haven't opened. There were five people waiting, plus us, and they've left. Also, two or three people came by, waited a few minutes, and left. We're going to Burger King; hopefully, it'll be open.
04/10/2026: It's great to have a loyalty program; it's a nice feeling when you go through the checkout and can benefit from it.

27/07/2026: Too long a wait, we were there for over 2.5 hours and twice they made a mistake with our order. We won't be back.
26/07/2026: It's not what it used to be! Disappointed. We won't be going back. The quality isn't there anymore, but the prices are. Appetizers are served at the same time as the meal. The plates are ugly. The desserts are poorly prepared. Besides, there weren't many people for a Saturday night. People are getting tired of it. They need to innovate and revitalize the whole place!

04/06/2026: The hotel is completely run-down and located in a noisy area next to an industrial park. The photos are misleading and border on fraudulent. Therefore, I cannot understand the other positive reviews. Even though we could no longer cancel, we left immediately and found somewhere else.
30/05/2026: The rooms were very old and poorly maintained!
The air conditioning didn't work, and it was 30°C outside.
No espresso at breakfast!
And not even a discount on the bill!
There were 10 of us…
Quite noisy due to the proximity to the road.

19/09/2024: Nous avions réservé malheureusement nous avons eu une minute de retard, mais nous avions prévenu et nous nous sommes fait refouler pour une minute de retard !!!!
14/07/2024: Sur le repas rien à redire. Nous avons un bichon maltais de 7 ans que nous emmenons partout, nous avons déjà fait de multiples restaurant que ce soit à Nancy ou autre part en France et à l'étranger et n'avons jamais eu de problèmes ou de remarques, au K même pas le droit de garder mon chien de 4kg sur mes genoux pendant l'apéritif ! La petite dame nous a dit de suite en arrivant sur un ton pas très sympa les chiens c'est par terre ! Et le serveur est revenu à la charge 5min après ! Bref si vous ne voulez pas de chien dans votre restaurant affiché le à l'extérieur ce sera bien moins stressant pour tout le monde !!!!!
